Dummy´s wearing a helmet for what I believe is meant to stimulate the skull, you wouldn´t punch a skull cus it´s hard, same with a helmet. Hence why the dummy also has a vest on, to simulate ribs I think.

For me it won't even play. Instead I get the message "Sorry, this video is not available on this device" even though I'm on PC. I eventually got it to play by temporarily enabling Adobe Flash. I don't know why this video is different from every other video on KZread. Next they will publish a video that only plays if you have the QuickTime Movie Player plugin installed -- even more old school than Flash!
