    @@AndrewJens No. It's a very cheap recliner bought for delivery from Amazon. It's probably made in China. It's a super thin imitation of black leather. It's not repairable. I'll probably cover it with a blanket to keep the already growing damage from spreading until I can get a better quality recliner.

    Not sure why this came into my feed but it's pretty cool. The whole cast of characters looking much younger than they are today. I even saw a younger Burt Bacharach, RIP. Steve Martin is hysterical.

    Priceless speech! It is funny, cute and honorable to one of the greatest American composers. I have always enjoyed his music either solo or with art. Heard his songs many times on the radio.     There can be no fire without fuel. That Paul Simon's humorous song should serve as decent cattle fodder enough to inspire and to draw out some of the best comedy lines that a front-runner if not in-fact also a trail blazer of modern day comedy has delivered, is in itself a true testament to the versatile lyrical genius and ability of Paul Simon. Work always speaks for itself, and although there is much said about grace and even if it not be apart from work, not much of it is any good.

    I'm not gonna pretend to know the reason for paul and art splitn up but i'm happy for the time they did have together cause they gave us some of themost beutiful songs ever and that my freinds is the straight up truth.     Many years ago a good friend of mine was teaching school with Paul Simon's father. Every afternoon his father would sit in the teachers' room and kvetch about him. "My son Paul is a very bright guy. I want him to go to law school, he would make a wonderful lawyer. Instead he sits around the house all day playing his guitar and writing songs. I tell him Paul, you're wasting your life."
