Steve has 4 kids; two daughters (twins) Carli & Brandi and two sons, Broderick and Wynton. The son your talking about is Marjorie's son Jason and he is definitely good looking!

I had brief interactions with Mr. Steve and Mrs Marjorie three times in one week- that was life changing for me... I couldn't believe it.. That honor line hit me deep, as a man who was once a boy who was adopted. My father never made me feel like I didn't come from him, my dad has always gone to bat for me even sometimes when he shouldn't have. I would die a million times for my dad, he's old now, but when the times comes for me, there's no universe I won't search for him, like Steve's son said "You're it"

Listening to him telling women NOT to pursue men, sounded like some antiquated talk from the 1950's. A period of time when people got married and stayed married even when they were OBVIOUSLY miserable and discontent in that marriage. Watching how my mother conducted herself regarding man-woman relationships, is exactly the example I did NOT want to follow so, I didn't. Over the years, I have pursued men to whom I was attracted and, those relationships were NOT ended because I was the aggressor. They ended because, our pace wasn't in sync and, most of all, in my more adult years(I am 50+, never married)I refuse to spend more than 6 months in a union that will not result in marriage. Plus, I NEVER subscribed to "shacking up" with ANY man!!

This hits home for me, I grew up without a father. What hurts more isn't the fact he's gone, it's the fact that he's out there still and hasn't turned back for us, it's the fact that he left us and didn't come back, it's the fact that I've seen him with my own eyes until I was 7, felt his embrace close by and saw his back turn and walk away. It's the fact that the person I'd wait for everyday near the front door to come back from work to leave out of that same door without another glance and its the fact that he was my hero, he was the man I looked up to, it was the man that I expected to protect me more than anyone else. The heart break still remains, as a girl we're more attracted to the love of fathers. I didn't have that, I'm 18 now and my one goal in life is to have a family and be a family. Steve Harvey, I applaud your fatherhood, watching you make me feel that sense of love from a father. Thank you.

His son said he was 18 when he first did something with his dad. Smoked a cigar for an hour . Doesn't sound like he was around much when they were young if that's his first/best memory

I also felt emotional. Steve is really indeed a goodman. A good husband and father. A good example of what a husband and father should be. And also a good human to others. Think of others first before yourself is great! That's God taught us. Thinks others than yourself. That is love.

This makes me appreciate my dad more. My dad is a very strict Jamaican. However, the one thing I appreciate is the fact that he work unbelievably hard for us. He works at a flea market every Sunday just to make ends meet, buy food, and pay bills. I love my dad so much.

Yes be lucky to have a dad. I never knew mine .. he won’t even talk to me. Never even said hi. So please appreciate your father. He may be strict but it’s because he loves you
