Reduction by decreasing dose. 2 puff two times daily for 3 weeks then 1 puff two times daily for 3 weeks then one puff once daily

Apply two drops of olive oil in both nasal cavity weekly once till you use spray. This will lubricate the nose

My ENT has prescrived it recently Since I went to him with a complaint of Tinnitus and Heaviness on my left side for past one year and also I feveloped some vision issues also in the left eye and left recently observed left eye pupil is not constricting. Eyes are fine but as the othomolgists checked it, MRI showed mastoditis but ENT said its not the case since there are no physical symptom and he said that MRI picks up detailed images even if u have minor cold. He has asked me to use have florsep. He has also suggested hearing test. Please share your views.

Nose has to be normal for ear to function normal so your doctor has given spray. Spray will not close big ear drum hole

Change brand of face wash. If still, even after that, you get nose block them you need to avoid face wash. Plain soap wash will help you

मैं 14 years तो बहुत परेशान आ।मेरे ठंड में नाक में रेशे की प्रोब्लम है जो की रेशा बनता बनता गले में आ जाता है। फिर बाद में गला खराब रेशा बहुत फेल जाता है बाद मे खारिस होने लग जाती है। 14 year से बहुत दवाई खाई ENT specialist कोई फर्क नही पड़ाl इस बीमारी का कोई इलाज है किया। Please Any Suggestions TIA 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
