I'm so confused i went to internal medicine he prescribed me levothyroxine 50mcg but my tsh is fluctuating few months ago its high then after takinh my iron supplements for 3 months it get back to normal but after 2 months i get tested now it is 6.66 t3 t4 normal antibodies are normal but ive some symptoms hair fall when thyroid getting high i got symptoms hair fall from my eyebrow parting eyelash may fall i got weight gain some time heart palpitations high mildly diffuse goiter and swelling around my neck now my right foot swelled and got subcutaneous edema ... Should i start medicine im so worried im only 24 and unmarried

Sir my t3 and t4 is normal but at Tsh is 7.8, and my prolactin is around 705 Also my gynae gave me some medication for my periods problem for 21 days which also I'm consuming at night. Also another doc gave me thyronorm 25mcg which im consuming from last 5 days. Should i have both the medicines or stop thyroid one.

Sir After Hemi Thyroidectomy (goiter) my thyroid level t3 and t4 is normal but tsh is high 21.5 is it serious? But before surgery my thyroid was in normal condition. Pls reply sir🙏🏻

My TSH high 7.12 microlu/ml, t3 normal 1.4 nmol/lit and t4 normal 81.7 nmol/litre. Is it ok? Secondly I took antibiotics last 1and half week before the tests for 5 days.

Sir i am 24 years of age and i got myself tested TSH is 6.3 ,t3 and t4normal . Should i get start medication. My diet in last 1 month was not good because i was abroad. Now sir what should i do , i am very scared . Do i have to eat medicine lifelong? Can i cure it? 🥺 should i repeat test after 2 month after taking normal diet?

Thank you sir for your advice & nice explanation.9 years back I was prescribed with thyronorm 75 & two years back 100.In april 2023 my tsh was 0.24 & in june 0.1.I felt breathlessness,heartbeat irregular.Left taking thyronorm in june.Since then I got tested & my tsh was normal 1.42,1.46,1.47 respectively within 6 months & ft3,ft4 normal.Should I continue it further?pl.suggest.
