Hi Dr. It was very informative and thank you so much for a detailed explanation. I have moderate rhinitis I think by watching this video, at least monthly once I get runny nose and itchy eyes because of dust allergy. And the only remedy for me is to sleep well after I get cold, and it works for me. Sleeping is the only solution for me to get rid of the allergy… I don’t know if it works for others. After a nap of half an hour to 1 hr, the allergy subsides. Is there any scientific reason for this Dr?

Dr whenever I eat anything cold ,,or Inside Ac for long time or Head bath in non heated water ,,,I get sore throat first and then It leads to fever , suffering this for more than 10years ,, sometimes it goes off with. Anti histamine /Allegra sometimes it doesn't so I visit a doc near by he gives injection it goes ,,or it goes only whn antibiotics ,, quality of life is so much affected because every month atleast twice it will come not sure what to say whther it's allergic rhinitis or anything else ,,need help
