Hi Sir, Good Day! I have eustachian tube dysfunction. When i sit in AC i have ear blockage, dual eye vision and sometimes creates confusions Also mucus form in ear and head. I don't know this is because of AC not maintaining properly in office because of which i am getting affected with bacteria infection. Doctor suggested me Allegra 120MG, Mondeslor and Sibelium 10 mg along with one Nasal spary Allegra 27.5mg. But now nothing is working Sir. Please advise me 🙏. I need to contact you. I am in Chennai. Can i try nose mask, will that work. Need your advice badly.

Doctor i had undergone inferior turbinate hypertrophy surgery 4years ago(right side nasal) Everything was fine . Now for past 6months I feel little blockage (i dono it's mucus or polyps) I went to ENT doctor he says everything is fine. Black dirt formation(right side nasal and watery mucus secretion occurs always in my body.(always) Everyday morning My nose gets blocked. Then as day progress mucus forms. Please say what i am suffering from doctor. I am undergoing hell situation everyday becoz of this. Can You please say what's my condition. I went to ENT he says nothing problem and gave allergy spray . But no use... Eagerly waiting for ur reply!

@@drzakirhussainent7860 hi doctor. As instructed by an ENT doctor I took ct scan. Results: Negative results: Mild deviation of nasal septum to the right noted. Minimal mucosal thickening seen in right anterior ethmoid sinus. Mild bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy see . Type 3 optic canal seen bilaterally. Type 2 cribriform plates seen on both sides. Everything others is said to be normal. Do I need to undergo a surgery for this or medication will be ok doctor. I am scared..can you pls answer this..
