Nasal spray does not produce tongue changes. After each use of spray do mouth wash. If still no improvement then stop the spray

Very informative video. I have allergic rhinitis for 4 yrs and it is severe during cold climate and unable to breath. I went to ENT doctor and he gave azetane nasal spray, synox nasal drops and few tablets. After 3 days, my doctor told that I may have nasal polyp on my left nostril and asked to take CT scan. Is there any way to cure nasal polyps without surgery doctor? My breathing is very normal when environment temp is not cold. Do I still need surgery? Thanks for your help

Use one or two puffs with head tilted forwards and nozzle directed sidewards as mentioned in my video then it will not come in throat
