On November 18, 2008, Steph Curry scored a college career high of 44 points, but the Davidson Wildcats were defeated by Blake Griffin and Oklahoma in the NIT Season Tip-Off tournament, 82-78. Griffin poured in 25 points and grabbed 21 rebounds as the Sooners held off Curry's comeback attempt in the second half.

zero, As a 31-year old Asian guy, bartenders always ask me for ID. I remember onece I left my driver license home and the bartender said "How can I know if you're over 18?" I was like "WTH?" But it was so funny. All my friends laughed at me so badly that night.

Crazy how much Steph increased the speed of his jumper after he got stronger. Most players slow it down for more control but somehow he became the shooter he is doing the opposite. Best shooter ever, and it’s not close.

Timberwolves had two picks in a row before the Warriors that year. Timberwolves had the 1st round 5th & 6th pick and the Warriors had the 1st round 7th pick and..... Timberwolves selected Ricky Rubio and Johnny Flynn... Warriors selected Stephen Curry... Basically, the Timberwolves need a guard and these were the top three choices at the time. Timberwolves had two chances to draft Curry, and while Ricky Rubio turned out ok and made a name for himself, most ppl have never heard of the college sensation that was the Syracuse guard, who looked like the next John Wall, which was Johnny Flynn.
