what to do to delete all login fingers if any admin or logged finger is not available.?

Can the ring be fully dismantle?

My lock won't open anymore. It's charged and it shows a green light saying it recognizes my finger print, but nothing happens except a little noise. But no actual opening. I think i broke mine. Wish i could fix it.

First time i touch the sensor the lock opened but now it's not locking..

My brother unlocked it without having his fingerprint added he tried a few times it didn't work but suddenly he unlocked it

I also managed it by chance. But please ask your brother how he did it. If the battery was empty, it no longer recognizes the admin fingerprint. Then you can no longer reset the lock normally.

Thank you for you video, it is very informative. I assume your wife finger is not very clear that's why hard to register first?

That's why it is imperative to immediately register 2 different finger prints consecutively so you have a back-up finger print.. Hope this helps.

Charge it.....There is a port on the bottom. It will warn you that the battery is low long before dies. If you ignore it and let it die, then all you have to do is connect a portable charger to it, unlock it, then take it to charge,or just charge it where it is.

As of this writing, I was able to buy a cheaper model that does not beep and no 1st finger admin registration. In other words, all 10 registered fingers have admin level that can add or reset the lock.

Where is instruction on how to reset to a factory state? Number 3 at 00:51
