They should make one of these into an airtag-like device that can track location. Something like UWB would actually be perfect if you lost your lock or forgot which locker your lock is on. Plus you can attach it to your keys or gym bag after and use it to keep tabs on the location of that item.

Is it safe? The backside has a quite thin metal cover which appears to be removable quite easy...

Charge it if you have a powerbank and cable, if not get one.

no it wont, it will warn you once batt is low. red light would blink for 10secs it will still unlock for 200x. recharge it for 2hrs and it would last for a year or so

@@MRshrir1985maybe you locked it with a different finger. If its new and wont open then you probably got a defect one. I got a defect one too and had to contact them to get a new one.

not unless if they can unlock it themselves once you lock it.

I got mine to day took a few attempts to lock my finger print works really well not going to make it complicated by adding another print one is enuff for now 😜

Try pushing down the shackle a couple times to loosen up the mechanism. If you're getting a blue light, I'm guessing there should be enough charge in it. These do have fairly delicate microchips inside them, so it's possible there's a fault. If there's a warranty you should be able to get a replacement, but these are quite low in price to get now, so if it is not repairable, maybe get a new one and dismantle the old one to see how they work.

You didnt answer the question. Is it Worth It? I would say Yes as a fun gimmick to play with, but for any kind of security use Absolutely NOT. These arent a physically secure product but they are an interesting first Gen of what may become a very secure product in the future. When we all have RFID chips embedded in our hands one day, security will be even more interesting.
