It doesnt show if it's locked, how can i lock it. I tried what you have there and it just blinks multiple times red. For some reason my padlock won't open anymore. ​@tech_jaketv

Did you try to recharge it? Maybe no battery at all or low battery. The only way you can reset or reprogram it by unlocking it first. There is no remedy if it is not reading your fingers

Try to charge it first maybe no battery, or low battery. Any fingerprint will open it
