Level: Basic-Intermediate
Description: Step by Step 2 is the companion workout to Step by Step. Start with a warm-up and a quick stretch, then on to 4 amazing combos filled with scoops up and down, disco v-steps, knee skips, split lunges around the world, ham curl straddles, shuffle turns, and my favorite funky pushes. Once you've learned all the combos we'll skip right to the weave. End with a cool down and stretch.

    Jenny, Thank you for your step video! Step isn't as popular now but I've enjoyed it more than any other cardio workout. I have trouble finding a good class, and when I do, I can't stand the sexual lyrics and music that conflicts with my Christian faith. Plus, I have baby now and have been wanting to work out at home. My husband bought me a step for my birthday and I found your video through Google! What a blessing! No lyrics, straight forward moves, and user friendly teaching style!!! Perfect!!!

    @Diane Hines- Oh so sorry I didn't see your comment sooner. No, there shouldn't be a limit at all to how many times you can play my workouts on KZread. They are up there for anyone to view at any time, how many times you want to. I wonder if KZread was having issues or something? Really sorry you were having trouble.

    Same Choreography as 48 min one but shorter lengths for each combo. Fast paced easy to follow, high energy. Love it, Music great. 35/360

    Jenny, you are the bomb dot com. All that and a bag of chips. Dank. LOL I asked my husband for a nice new step for Christmas as I had that small cheap green one from Amazon (no, not even the long one like you have in some of your videos...this is the short bus version) and he got me a real nice one. I have been doing your videos from here 5-6 times a week. He said “man, you really like that girl huh?” Nah. LOVE ❤️ Thank you so much for providing these free of charge to people. Bless you

    This is the first time I have worked out in years. I gained 40 lbs during my 2 daughters pregnancy's and menopause. I am ready to lose it and get back in shape. I wasn't able to do the entire 40 minutes and keeping up with the moves was challenging at best, but I find this work out beginner friendly. I will be back again tomorrow. Thank you for sharing it with us on You Tube Jenny.

    This one was AWESOME. I am so proud of myself for getting these combos. You build into them in such a way that its easy for my brain to grasp. It may take a few missteps but I get it! I have to admit though, I am glad I am only in my garage gym because those funky pushes had me feeling like a newly birthed baby horse lol. Thank you Jenny for your amazing class. It flies by too fast, I don't want it to end!

    I was in desperate need of new step workouts in my cardio rotation and, now that I've found you on YT, I feel like I've hit the jackpot!!     Jenny, thank you SO much for posting these step workouts on KZread. I was dreading starting back to exercise because I was so limited on the step workouts and I was sick of them. I LOVE step and your routines are just the right pace for me and you are great at cueing. I am so glad to have found your channel and subscribed right away. The 30-45 minute work outs are my favorite length. The camera doesn't move around like crazy which is great. I honestly can't say enough good things about your step workouts.     As far as calories burned, the amount of calories you burn varies from person to person. A watch with a Heart Rate Monitor will give you the most accurate calorie count. That being said, it could range from 350-500 calories. It is only about 40 min. in length, so it is great for days when you are shorter on time.

    Oh boy. I found a larger stepper at Goodwill, cuz I watched the #3 with friends. So I tried this one, I can't run around it fast enough 😆. I'm a beginner. 62 I always enjoyed these kinds of work outs. .......when I did them. 😏

    @teegee2010 --so happy you like it! I suppose an option to be able to play it on your tv would be to download it off my site to your computer then use a program that can help you burn it to a dvd. Let me know if I can help at all.
