Moments from a 3 day #seakayaking kayak leader course in Stendörren nature reserve, one of Sweden's arguably best paddling waters. Part of a course through #Friluftsfrämjandet - the Swedish Outdoor Association. Uploaded the day after the trip, focusing on the environments and the beauty of this area. A cold trip with temperatures from 3-8 degrees C during the day and down to below zero at night!

Absolutely! I've paddled here once, one year ago, but this was my first overnight trip there. We had a base camp set up so we could explore freely. Really great days. The Stendörren area is really popular among paddlers and even if it's in another county, it's just a 1,5 hour drive from Stockholm.

Haha. New business idea! Well, it was kind of therapeutic for us, even if we needed to focus on the leadership course elements... I suppose some with less efficient sleep warmth setups didn't appreciate the cold therapy of below zero temps at night though :-) Myself I balanced between overheating and being slightly too cold.
