What I gather from this is that both of them are drugged AND drunk and are arguing about how Skinner ruined a roast instead of making the steamed clams he promised. And to add to it, Chalmers is not convinced that the phrase steamed hams is even a thing. Then Chalmers randomly finds the secret Krusty Burgers in Skinner's kitchen and it all goes to heck.

Chalmers is an NPC guard in a poorly made stealth game. His behavior is impossible to predict and he detects you constantly.

This is a masterpiece

0:04 - 3 days later, after the whole Steamed Hams incident, Chalmers decided to return to Skinner´s house, to settle the argument about the phrase Steamed Hams, that he never heard anyone use. And he just right away started the argument again as soon as Skinner opened for him. LOL

This video feels like having an aneurysm.

The lip sync work here along with smooth cuts, with so little footage to work with, is impressive. Really gives these new story dialogues a chance
