Generally it’s safer to turn off the heat and keep doors closed to starve the oxygen. Opening a door to put it out can cause a much bigger fire.

The only iffy thing was saying that steamed clams are an upper-state New York thing. One does not go to Albany for steamed clams. Indeed, when in Albany one can travel five different directions and get to actual seafood hubs.

Skinner could’ve avoided the majority of his problems by just putting out the roast. That’s something that would’ve made a lot of sense considering he’s a volunteer firefighter. By putting out the roast and just telling Chalmers that he accidentally burned it he wouldn’t have had to lie about the steamed clams he was cooking, the trail of lies that steamed hams caused and Aurora Borealis being in his kitchen

Dude, I've literally been in public bathrooms, wherein I had to unfortunately go into the stall. And one time when I was taking care of business, some dude audibly said "Yeaaah wooow, that's a good 💩 right there". I'm like, what on earth is going on here. I'm going to pretend like I can't hear this happening.
