Steam Boiler coil

nice design, interesting to see a hydroxy generator too :)
What size tubing did you use. I’m about to order some but I can’t tell. Kinda looks like 1/8 and 3/16?
You may benefit from a different sized jet on the torch to make the flame smaller and more 'concentrated' so to speak.
You should really encase your monotube steam generator with breather holes so you can still strike and adjust the acetylene torch.
Think this would work wrapped around an exhaust pipe on a small engine
Thus would be cool for converting a small engine to steam
the brazing techniques appear quite tough, perhaps a little cleaning of the tubes might help.
Why does it look like gold? Also what about a fire arrestor protector to prevent flash back. That satellite acetone thing looks like a pipe bomb.

Actual friend acetone will not flash back , and if it did , the explosion is not strong enough to be a threat . Acetone actually inhibits flash back , not sure why . My torch has a bubbler but the steel pipe bomb would be more then enough to hold even a pressurized hho detonation
Nice but... looks like use of a set of thermal bricks won't go a miss as well as cleaning up the flame on that there torch, seems you may need more O2 in that mix to get a nice blue and very hot flame. Maybe a dual tank that one collects the Hydrogen and the other collects the oxygen and you can then fit a coupling to allow oxygen input via an o2 tank or push the gas through a carburettor and venturi mixer to add more oxygen, which ever works best in your situation. A clean flame is less cleaning and hotter.
I have a 30 inch monitor.when you move the cam like that, I feel like in a roller coaster.

How does rust kill?
Can I use with Diesel Brunner

Yes sir however this was just a test device , we need a steel break line for the coil instead of copper
I believe acetylene reacts with copper, not sure about acetone. Something about poison gases or explosive salts...

FIREHAWK1979 acetone is inside acetylene tanks because it stabilizes the fuel ( liquefies it) acetylene is stable in high pressure only if its liquid if its not I think you can guess what happens now I not sure if acetone reacts with copper or not never herd about it till now and it probably does and it would not surprise me you might not notice it because their are a lot if factors that might need to happen before it does react manly temperature

If your burning acetone along with the hydrox your going to have a more carborizing flame (or less oxidizing) and that helps reduce build-up of unwanted oxides on your surface to be brazed. Cool set up.
I want to make powerful propane powered homemade steam mop that produces as hot a steam as possible without ruining the polyurethane coating on hardwood.

You would need superheated steam. That’s about 700’ F, superheated steam is dry steam
Great stuff. Just what I want to build for cleaning the bilge , engine & engine compartments in my sailboat. What is the torch head that you use and commented on? @ 00:10:10

its a turbo torch i have a video on it kzread.info/dash/bejne/lmV4mLKFaLDSkdY.html
Pretty sure I have an organic version of this built into my arse.
Super heated steam was used during 1950's in Texas by US servicmen to run used fuel oil furnace on water line. Oil used to preheat fire pot and S.S. coil tubing + water to 1500 degrees. T fitting and extra valves mounted. When up to temperature, oil valve shut off. The resulting hydrogen and oxygen torch flame continues furnace running. 90 lbs pressure + 90lbs water lines with dual pumps and central motor with blower. U.S. patent application filed, but only resulted in final printing of 50% increase in efficiency with ordinary steam as only allowed to public. ( The change of high pressure to AMBIANT through tiny spray nozzel allowed for extreme vibration of vapor molecules that separated to gases,- at a much LOWER unusual high temperature. ) A much smaller demonstrator was built and shown to Senater in large wooden box with fire brick chamber and steel ring with holes- like coleman stove. Units have to be restarted on fuel oil.
Oh yeah. Hybrid steam boiler for desktop projects. More controlled explosions at least...
Why not use an oxy acetylene torch? It would have been a lot cleaner.

The cost to run acetylene is huge my friend
That ain’t smoke it’s steam
You should study the details of the car/ lawnmower conversion to water vapor pressure + hydrogen from You tube videos 1+2 - S1R9A9M9 from 2008. Also see prop plane ran on water + Hydrogen from exaust heat steam and Tesla coil during 1940's. See Hefferlin Manuscript from Internet or purchase back issue Amazing Stories Magazine Sept1946. Also oil furnace ran on water during 1950's in Texas. SS tubing on water line in fire pot heats with oil to 1500 degrees . When super heated steam , oil valve shut off. Hydrogen/oxygen torch flame continues. Shock wave of heated vibrating molecules pop apart when going out tiny nozzel to the ambient pressure. US Patent was not allowed, only 50% increase in efficiency.

Wait.....What?? H-H-O?? Do you mean water?

So...thru electrolysis (at around 12volt) you can separate water into its constituent elements. You collect the oxygen from the cathode and the hydrogen from the anode, you can store them together and it's called brown gas, I prefer to separate them and use a jewelers torch to burn the hydrogen, if you collected the oxygen, you can recombine the two gases in the torch and when they burn they'll recombine into water. But they'll still produce a super hot flame first. Electrochemistry is fun. 😉
Some of the worst brazing I have ever seen.
