Ingredients:
2 cup Steak diced
1 can Black Beaks
1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 cup Colby Jack Cheese grated
1 tbsp Sour Cream
1tsp Tabasco Sauce
2ea Tortillas
Instructions:
In a hot skillet on medium heat add the beans, tomatoes and steak. Sauté for about 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated through. Add half of the steak mixture to a tortilla. Then add cheese, hot sauce and sour cream. Fold tortilla in half. Place in a pre heated 425F oven for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
