Ingredients:
1 Lbs Crab Meat
1 ea Egg, beaten
2 Tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
½ tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Mustard (prepared)
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Hashbrowns
1 tsp Dry Mustard
½ cup Cheddar Cheese Mild, grated
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Spray your waffle iron with oil. Use a #12 (2.7 oz) scoop for the mixture and place in the center of each square of your waffle iron. We used a 4 waffle iron. Close lid and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Enjoy!
