The BEST Ground Beef Stew #OldCountryCooks
Ingredients:
2 Lbs Ground Beef
10 ea Potatoes Small, cut in half
3 ea Tri Color Pepper, diced
1/2 ea Onion, diced
1 ea Celery, thinly sliced
1 can Kidney Beans, drained
1 small can Corn
1 tsp Salt Did not show in the video
1 tsp Pepper Did not show in the video
1 tsp Garlic Powder Did not show in the video
2 tsp Hot Sauce (Optional) Did not show in the video
4 ea Bay Leaves
6 Tbsp Flour
1 qt. Beef Stock
Instructions:
In a hot skillet or Dutch Oven sear off flat side of potatoes. Set aside for later use. In a Dutch oven over medium high heat, brown off ground beef. Drain off grease and then add back to pot. Over medium heat add the Onions, celery, peppers, bay leaves, salt, pepper, carlic powder and hot sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes. Then add the flour. Cook for 2 more minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Place lid on top and cook for 40 to 50 minutes. Enjoy!

Oh my, how good does that look...fantastic! Made myself a bit of a lamb stew today in the pressure cooker...all I had were green beans, carrots and some canned tomatoes, but it sure tasted good.
