Cereal French Toast
This is delicious and the kids can help make these!

Ingredients: Makes 8
1 cup Half and Half Milk
3 ea Eggs, large
2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp Salt
Butter For cooking
Cereal Your favorite, crushed
8 slices Bread
Instruction:
In a medium size bowl, add the milk and eggs. Heat the honey in the microwave for 20 seconds and add to the milk. Mix well. Soak bread in the milk mixture for about 6 seconds coating both sides then dredge in the cereal crumbs. Cook on meduim heat (indoors on skillet) or low on your flat top coating with butter. Cook about 3 minutes on both sides or until each side is a golden brown color. Enjoy!

Very interesting idea. I never have been a huge fan of French toast. Now I can't even eat it cuz of the whole egg thing. But if I could, I'd love to try some with yummy cereals. Bet they're pretty tasty.
