❤ Great Album - In Nov. 2005 I had an cancer op - was very ill. My Quo and this album gave me hope for the future. Summer 2006 I had the chance to see them live on the Fifa Fan WM Fest in Gelsenkirchen. Absolut feeling for me after dark days. Rick had cancer too and was back on the stage in March. The Party Ain‘t over yet !! Yes!! And now - in 2022 - 17 years after it - the band is in top form back on stage again. Bye the way - Leon is a great drummer. Long live Quo. Band and Crew all the best. 🍀👍🎸🥁🎸🎸🎹

I was at Rick's first performance (with my daughters), after his quadruple heart bypass op, Quo at Norwich City football ground (Carrow Road)....brilliant performance.R I P Rick

@@alessandroambrogio7745 it was on 2nd August 1997, first time I took my daughters to see them. Half way through the first song I asked them what they thought of it, and thought they said "excrement" (a posh word for poo).....but they actually said "excellent", and loved it. They came with me to see the Quo about 20 more times, always a brilliant show.
Exactly what a rock band should be.
We miss all of our favourite Rockers RIP to All our brothers and sisters we have lost over the years remember them all every day love you all😢

That a matter of opinion...I've seen them over 20 times and enjoyed every incarnation of the band..it's called evolution..they were the best live band I've seen in the late 60s and 70s and still are today...depends what you derive from them, but as someone who accepts evolution in all things...I've no time for the division isms and separatists...nothing lasts forever...except your own appreciation .. met Francis recently on a meet and greet during his tunes and chat tour..brilliant...they're music will stay with me until my demise...from EVERY decade...👌🏻👍👏🎸🎸🎶🎶

I like the single mix of this song. The vocals are nice and loud, great for a poppy tune like this. Especially the second verse, never really noticed those that much before

Good song with good riff a very catchy tune the album of the same name had some jems on it (track wise). If I recall the album came out with a appearance on Corrie in 2005. They popped in the Rovers Francis the late Rick Parfitt and Matthew Letley, asked for a brandy and Betties Hotpot. Later in another episode played at Les and Cilla"s wedding Absolute Quality, Pure Gold 👍👍👍😍😍😍👏👏👏.

At 77 I've been a fan of theirs since their "Pictures of matchstick men" in '67. Just haven't listened to the myriad of pop releases for many years. Only find music I've missed by trolling through KZread lists since being given a computer.@@roblincoln2470

Yes he really did! I was an extra and witnessed them all going up wing walking, they found out in the edit there was a problem on the recording of Francis on the wing, so the only video of him up in the air is in the co-pilot’s seat. A glorious day, exactly 18 years ago.

Good Quo melodic hit. But production is too polished and a little bit too lame. I need the power of Down down and Caroline back. Nice to see Rick Parfitt in the Video.

It doesn't need to always sound hard. I'm more the type that likes Burning Bridges, Whatever You Want, Twenty Wild Horses, What You're Proposing and The Wanderer... That kind of tracks, and the list goes on! Anyways, this is a great song IMO, their best Noughties hit along with Jam Side Down!

300% right!! nothing is better than don't think it matters, down down, is there a better way, over and done, 450 hundred times, just take me, over the edge, whatever you want etc...!!! these are the songs that made SQ what they are...so big! and certainly not "the party ain't over". nobody cares about this... song!!!!

@@yacinecherifi2879 All the song titles you mentioned are from the early to mid seventies. Yes the Quo were a hard rocking band but as the band members have got older, the music has mellowed. I have been a fan since 1970 when they boogied up from psychedelia to hard rock and I'm 73 now. I never stop playing their music whether it's hard rock or a little slower. Besides nobody is forcing you to like Quo. It's a free world and for that we should be grateful.
