Was also of the day I had tickets to see ZZ Top that night and Heritage Park in Simpsonville ,South Carolina. That day and night was the only one cancelled from the tour. Didn't come back to our area until a year later. It was a great concert.

This album was such a monumental sound and well-deserved commercial success, and from this album I too went on the discover the back catalog that I'd never experienced, and have not looked back since. I stole tres hombre from my uncle when i was a 8year old kid..74 I think.. he gave me ZZ Rush ELP while most kids were listening to slade and the bay city rollers.. not that there's anything wrong with that.. Sad to have lost your dad so young..the first time I heard the name ZZ TOP was by my dear niece a long time ago. She was 36 when she died of cancer..and I love the group, their songs and I always think of Marion (we shared the same name) when I hear the band and I am so happy she made me discovered ZZ TOP

RIP Dusty Hill who will forever be remembered and live on through these videos for generations to see.

ZZ top is a real Masterpiece for all time. A real musical gem. Respect from Russia.

When I was a kid watching music videos I always found ZZTop"s videos quite fun...still are. Hands down tho, they are one of the very best and iconic rock bands and influences during their time. Even today, who can resist a classic by them? I still remember Don Cherry using SHARP DRESSED MAN as his intro on Hockey Night in Canada during mid - late 1980's and a bit longer

Grew up listening to this classic. My grandmother had the Eliminator on cassette. Beats that pop and hip hop crap kids listen to now.

These boys from Texas have been the most consistently hard rockin' bands I've had the pleasure to experience to see live. Way back when they were rhinestone cowboys and the stage was a prairie complete with a live bison and hawk, of the '70s to the sharp dressed men of the '80s and beyond. Seen them at least 8 to 10 times. And never did they falter. R I P. Dusty and thanks to you, Billy, & Frank for all the jams.

Old-school rocker here.....if people think 1980's ZZ Top is pretty good stuff, their 1970's material is in a class all of its own. 😎👍🏻

I worked with Bandit Lighting doing the concert tour for ZZ Tops. Billy and Dusty were the most appreciative bunch of musicians I ever worked for. Dusty taught me to play two notes at one time for that ZZ Tops bass sound. His death hits hard on me. I know Heaven is a cooler place with Dusty on the bass. Play on through Heaven brother. I'll be there soon with the lights.

I grew up playing this on the drums at 8 years old. Frank Beard is an amazing drummer. Just in the pocket. They are a great band to work on your timing. All the young drummers out there need to jam ZZ Top.

ZZ Top has been a HUGE part of my life since I was a kid. I just want to say thanks to them for the music and awesome memories associated with it. RIP Dusty Hill. Thanks for such amazing music over the last 5 decades.

For decades, there has been great rock songs released, that are memorable. But, then along came ZZ Top, with ‘ gimme all your lovin’, and just left everything else behind. Arguably, the best rock song of all time. Its got the lot. !

R.I.P. Dusty. He went to high school here in Dallas. Dusty never missed a show since 1969. Very sad 😔

My first time hearing ZZ Top was while picking up a old Camaro for parts. The tape deck had ZZ Top's Eliminator in it. Instead of pulling the car for parts we wound up taking apart the tape deck for a few hours to save the tape. Well worth every second spent!

RIP Dusty Hill thank you for the music , keep on rocking where ever you are.

It was Degüello that first (Texas-)rocked my world as a teenager in the 70s. Thanks guys so much for the great days. RIP Dusty.

Love ZZ TOP; they gave a free concert on the beach for Marine’s after they graduated from Boot Camp in San Diego; my 19yr old son was stoked said he had an unknown girl sitting on his shoulders the whole time haha, so cool

THE mythe du rock des années 80. Musicalement et visuellement, on fait difficilement mieux. Dans 50 ans, on l'écoutera encore. Son empreinte émotionnelle est tellement énorme
