I use the Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 Audio Interface and I do all my recording in Cubase 8. Original drum track was removed with an app called Moises. Video footage recorded with GoPros.

That would be awesome! It might take me a while to learn because of its complexity but I think it would be a fun challenge!
