I’m 43 and suffer from Cystic Fibrosis. Sadly I’ll prob not be here to see my son grow into his teens so when the pandemic hit and we were forced into lockdown, (don’t get me wrong here I’d far rather it never happened) I got a chance to see my son grown daily while being able to play games and watch movies with him and my wife. What happened is beyond what anyone could ever imagine happed to us all, but in the dark I felt a light. That light will stay with me now until I’m no longer here. And I hope my son in years to come will remember the time we simply spend each day as a family. Sometimes in the darkest of times, there is a brightness. For me it was my family! May anyone reading this be safe and please take time to enjoy life.

The book is awesome. I remember reading it before Covid, and thinking this would make a great movie. I then reread it a year after Covid started. Can’t wait to watch it. Book is a def recommend too.

Anyone notice what sure sounded like Nick Offerman's voice on the TV in episode seven, talking about the pandemic? Might not have put it together if I hadn't just watched last week's episode of The Last of Us right before it. Pretty distinctive voice. Pretty sure that was him, but no mention in the credits.

Good god, and here I thought the whole paining "If you're reading this you're still here." Shit on Fear the Walking Dead was rediculous. A traveling symphony? Survival is NOT pretty, sure there would still be art of some sort, but not this. Yah, definitely a skip. Even TLOU was more realistic than this and Walking Dead too. How the hippies who don't have it in them to spill blood just get left behind or perish. Zombie or alive.

Hm, I think you watched a different show? Or just watched the trailer? The show has incredibly deep nuance. Also, the protagonist is a (very flawed) badass who kills people in a heartbeat by throwing knives at them. Oh, she's a woman, so I guess that does make it "woke bullshit." Lol, conservative snowflakes are a special breed 😂

No, for better or worse, it glorifies art. It says even in survivalist times, the ambition of creating art is the most important thing. It kind of annoyed me during the show, but is also beautiful. One of the things that I liked is that it was accessible art, except for Shakespeare; it wasn’t hoity-toity.

What a fantastic experience this was 👌🏻🥲

If you haven't watched this show, DON'T. Huge waste of time.
