When the wall went up there were less bodies on the ground which made immigration go up which coincides with a slight peak in violence. but since then our danger has been going down just as it has since 1996. I say if they just funded the border patrol things would be fine :/

Thanks for mentioning DJT's illegal immigrant employees in the gallery, Trevor, Politico totally failed to bring that up in their live fact check of the SOTU when DJT was saying "I want people to come into our country in the largest numbers ever, but they have to come in legally....Tolerance for illegal immigration is not compassionate, it is actually very cruel", and I was very disappointed in them. How can anyone listen to DJT talk anymore about how bad supporting illegal immigrants is, when his businesses have knowingly hired undocumented immigrants and kept them employed for decades because they can be paid less and abused because they have no right to be employed? Is DJT saying that he hires illegal immigrants because he wants to be cruel to them? Has DJT or his children running his corps fired all his managers who knew about the illegal immigrants and gave them guidance as to where to get fake documents so they could have plausible deniability if the government ever came to check their HR records? I'll bet he is not holding those managers accountable, because if he fired them then they could and probably would tell Mueller and the House about how DJT directed them to hire undocumented workers to save him $.

Bragging about walls puts him in the same side as the USSR with the Berlin Wall.

Trump supporter here, I would have to disagree. Trump did an over all good job. Called for unity, talked about the past achievements and set a sane vision for the future. All this was, was ridiculing the words he chose. I mean I get it he’s supposed to be doing comedy, but people like you actually think he has a valid argument. You forgot that majority children are taken by coyotes across the border and over 30% of women who cross the border are sexually assaulted. Leaving out the issues of child sex rings, drugs, gangs. damien neimad not to mention that my family migrated to America legally; and in order for me to do that I was separated from my wife and 3 kids for 24 + months. That’s why ppl try to run over the border bro! Because doing it legally has so many fucking road blocks! You have to have a good life already established, and the person you are bringing over has to have led a respectable life as well. Or you could run over the border and become a citizen. Wouldn’t that be awesome for the government if EVERYONE had to go through their super slow, super broken, expensive and undesirable way of processing for a visa! (Because they will make even more money and cock block even harder) Or we can let ppl keep hop the border and pay for their meals out of your tax dollars. It’s not a hard issue. Right? So president trump aside... if you had a country, what would your policy be? Not so simple now is it?

Maritza Piccarillo why does that need fixing. There’s a limit on how many ppl comes in the US per year. It’s approx 1 million. Each country gets a set amount per year. Do you think unlimited amounts of people can come in here??? The whole world would come. If the wanted to be with their families so bad then why did they leave? America owes nobody anything, no immigrant has a right to live in America. Americans set how people become American. It's that simple. It may be shit, but it will never be fixed if it continues to be easier to enter illegally.
