Are you talking about just crb? Without any other extraction system? Yes you can. You can use an encapsulation cleaning chemical. You would still want to do a thorough vacuum, prespray with encapsulation, and then crb. Problem is urine, heavily soiled carpets will still not be good. It will be better with only crb encapsulation but to get the best cleaning possible you would need hot water extraction. With that said, you can make clean carpet look really good with just encapsulation crb cleaning. Thanks for the question!
