Gar Saxon would pair especially well with Maul and the other super commandos, Rook Cast might be harder to do since we don’t really have a female Mando mold that looks like Rook

Pre Vizla and Darth Revan were the 2 I was looking forward to most, and they DID NOT disappoint. Can't wait to get mine in hand. Great video as always BB 🍻

Great review Tim!! He got really close to winning, basically 2nd place - lost the final round to Krrsantan in 2022. He knocked out Dooku early on and then swept the board! Clearly a very popular character and man, the figure does not disappoint… he’s so cool!!! - Tyler

Great review, Tim! He’s voiced by Favreau in CW, and it looks to me like they’ve clearly based the head sculpt on Favreau. Still funny to me that they named him for the pre-visualization process LFL uses to do special effects for the films. Great stuff!

I love the look this figure, the Shadows of the Dark side release is one of my favourite figures overall and I think a S4 design would look great next to it!

They could easily make the hair on figures detachable, like the hair on lego figures. Make them bald so they fit the helmets well and keeps the helms in scale.

I just snagged him at Target this afternoon. Fantastic figure! The BS version is such a disappointment, so this is even more reason for me to shift to TVC. I'll be displaying with a couple airborne and Maul.

I love the Darksaber with this guy! I hope they include a Darksaber/Hilt with the Rebels Sabine, but I doubt it. It's the right outfit, but she doesn't have it on the mural. (But then again, Kanan didn't have that alternate head on the mural so.. maybe? lol)

I do have some gripes with it like the vambraces not being totally accurate and the Darksaber being bendy... but the rest of it is absolutely fine. Once I got him posed, I was sold on it. Definitely one of the best additions without question. Having him posed against Maul reminded me how bad the old hips really are. Potential to be among my figures of the year.

Looks good and will go well with my mandalore shelf. Really want to see the Jango now

The biggest disappointment of the recent releases for me have been figures with lightsabers not coming with empty hilts either. It just feels a bit lazy imo? For what is essentially small pieces of plastic from an existing piece, with one end cut off. I really wish Revan and Pre Vizsla came with separate hilts. It’s a small addition but can enhance so much

Hey man great review of a great figure that is far better than the black series version. Gonna use this guy on the tantive 4 diorama and have it as an old republic cruiser so I have him, another mando jedi revan with his droid and shae vizla in the scene. It looks really great

Ha, two days in a row you've reviewed a figure that arrived in the post for me that morning! Got him, Chopper, Revan and Krennic. I'm absolutely in love with Pre Vizsla, probably my favourite figure I've bought this year. The headsculpt is out of this world and he looks amazing with his helmet both on and off. Really clever how they've engineered the torso with a different barbell to the Death Watch Mando, making Pre a little bit shorter than his troops while using the same base sculpt. My only complaint is that the Darksaber is so rubbery, I've straightened it with hot & cold water twice already but it keeps going bent. Might have to put it under some heavy books for a day or two to flatten it

I've ordered this bad boy this morning, can't wait to add him to my collection of mandalorians, that head sculpt is awesome 👍🏻

I gotta start lookin for this figure. Great design.

To be fair, the face of this Vintage looks more realistic than the Black Series version.

I just picked this one up its very cool and it out classes the cartoon figure version altough the cartoonfigure versionhas a cool black light sabre. Hopefully in the further they will make a Tarre Vizsla figure

Wow The VC and BS are day/night in how they did this. I was kind of weary of getting him after hearing all the negative reviews for the BS one. Glad VC knocked it out of the park again. Though question how is he compared to the ye old CW figure of him? I remember back in the day that version of him had everything going for him. The figure was posable. The removable helmet wasn't huge and he came with a fabric cape.

Best figure of the year for sure.

I would love to see the young Boba Fett from The Clone Wars along with Bossk, Ventress, Dengar, and the other bounty hunters on that amazing episode.

For once NZ got these very early i got my Revans two days ago and my Pre vizsla's, chopper and Director are with courier atm. Not gonna grab Hera right now gonna see if she goes on special often happens in NZ, as they went on special on wave release durp.. just not low enough for hera yet.

This one looks great, but I am a little partial to the original head sculpt.

Is the Dark Saber in this release a more sturdy plastic compared to the gummy versions with Moff Gideon?

Yes, it's a great looking figure - that I will be passing on. I'm not a huge Clone Wars/Rebels guy (though enjoying all those characters in live action), and I'm totally and completely MANDALORIAN-ED OUT. That Judge Mandalorian figure they pipelined is also one I'll be skipping. That said, that new Darksaber looks freaking fantastic.

It really bothers me that they removed the trigger guard on the Mandalorian blasters. It isn’t accurate and it’s been done before very well. I think they must have downgraded the plastic so the trigger guards break easier now. It’s another corner cutter that I haven’t seen anyone mention before.

Small detail wich bothers me is the black hilt from the darksaber, it has been shown to be silver/metalic in TCW and even the original clone wars version of this figure got that right

All the pipelines left are pretty weak…only one that really interest me is captain Rex
