Dude, I kinda agree with you!! I love the design, and this removable one was definitely done the best so far in my opinion. I still want swappable heads moving forward, but I guess we shall see ✨🤘😁🤘✨

I agree!! Long over due in TVC as well. I really think we need Savage Opress next and Satine. Maybe Satine could be leveraged heavily from Morgan Elsbeth? Also I totally need Gar Saxon and Rook Kast ✨✨✌️😎✌️✨✨

Oh my, so many cool poses with this killer. I’m so glad I bought a bunch of those Mandalorian warriors and jet troopers. I can now build an army centered around this guy. Thanks for the stellar review!

I have to disagree with you about one thing.... I think the removable helmet is absolutely perfect with this figure and this reminds me why I like removable helmets (when they're done right!). If they can keep executing them well like this, I'd prefer if they kept this feature. Anyway, this is one of my favourite releases of the year. Great review to show off how great the figure is.

That's totally fair! I know a lot of people like the removable helmets, and there is certain charm to them. I just really dislike how inconsistent they are, their lack of fine details, and the fact that they ONLY work well on bald headed figures. It just will not work with characters who have hair, because it needs to be scaled up for minimum wall thickness and factory standards, which is what took Sabine down a tragic path. I do hope there is some resolution in the future though! 🙌✨✨🙌

This is a much better version than the black series one. One of the best vc figures of the year

That's a great looking figure. It's the kind of figure I remember when Mandalore Maul came out and Bo-Katan they were the kind of figures where had they come out when I was able to collect that would have been great because they were a glaring omission from the old animated line and this is another one of those. I know I always say maybe someday but again maybe someday. Even though I've still got the first appearance animated one up in my attic with my other figures this is the one that should have been out years ago but I guess that makes the wait all the more worth it. Although now it's the kind of thing where you would want them to build the Shadow Collective. Pykes (Who are still missing from Book of Boba Fett), Black Sun and a new Savage Oppress. Anyway I think that's it for now but knowing me I've forgotten some stuff. Looking forward to the next one.

Totally! If you were to get back into collection and pick up some figures the TVC Mandalore focus would certainly be the ones to get, hands down some of the best figures and characters in my opinion. Savage Oppress is high on my wishlist and I think it would be great to leverage Morgan Elsbeth's tooling for a Duchess Satine. Fingers crossed we see the BOBF Pyke soon, but I wouldn't mind a CW version as well. ✨🤘😁🤘✨

@@ToysAreTheWay the main differences would be her helmet markings, she doesn't have the owl eyes or black arrows on/around the white section in CW, and her holsters/belt need changing to the death watch airborne trooper style....but a leg swap won't work due to the scale/size difference, Bo and koska are undersized and look tiny compared to the male mandos. Her boots/feet need changing and some silver paint apps on her shin armour. A good 3d printer/operator would be able to scale down and make the death watch holsters which could be glued on her thighs....and make different beskar toed boots 👍🏻

I 100% think they will, now that they have tooled a proper front armor all they need to do is add the correct helmet, holsters, and jet packs. I'm really excited to see the Deluxe Jango set that's been pipelined ✨👌😃✌️✨

It's so good!! I was all about those CW Death Watch Airborne Mandos that paved the way for this character getting into the line, and I am glad he's finally here. I ended up with 40 of those CW Death Watch figures and 40 of the Mauldalorians for my display, finally I can add their leader to the shelf! Thank you so much! Definitely a great figure and character! Yeah they look very similar, but it looks like the TBS version is a repaint of Jango, but with a new belt and other accessories making him a touch less accurate. I am really glad TVC sculpted the proper right arm gauntlet and did not include the hoses on the gauntlets, as they aren't seen on Pre during the Clone Wars. ✨✌️😎✌️✨

Got him last week with Hera and Chopper. Still waiting on Revan and Krennic. Not getting R5 since I don't have the N-1. A stellar wave... simple as that. Not a fan of the reused vambraces since they're inaccurate, some gripes with the Darksaber being bendy. But once I got him posed, I was immediately sold on it. Probably good enough to be among my favorites of the year but that has to be seen. All good things to those who wait.

Awesome!! Glad to hear it man! I have these pre ordered all over the place and they are slowly trickling in. Really enjoying them so far. The vambraces are pretty close to the ones seen in CWs and definitely better than the re-used Jango ones on the TBS release, but I definitely would have been happy with new ones. I do wish they included a dark saber hilt that could have attached to the jet pack, that would have been wizard! But yeah for the most part this is a superb release, and I'll be excited to see a S4 version down the line. ✨🤘😎🤘✨

GREAT review. I am also…curious about that rocket but I’m waiting until I get at least second Vizsla before digging into it further. I absolutely love this figure and it’s probably figure of the year for me. HOWEVER…I have a few nitpicks. Still love the figure, especially how the helmet is sized so perfectly. -I think it’s a little too green, I would have liked a hint of green, but something less intense. -a hilt that clips to his jet pack -a removable rocket, with flame like book of Boba Fett Tatooine. -this is a weird one but I ‘d have loved if they tooled new feet to match those rounded “steel tipped” boots he sports in clone wars. Don’t get me wrong-o, I can’t put this figure down, and even modeled and 3D printed a couple of fists to swap out with the hands. I just think a few tweaks would have made it perfect. Anyway thanks for the in depth review. Here’s hoping for a season 4 version soon…

Yeah at first glance, I thought his flight suit was too different, but it's starting to grow on me. I do with they would have thought about the hilt that could attach to his jet pack, I'll have to customize one. Thanks a bunch for checking it out and starting a great convo about the figure!!
