Star Wars: KOTOR - Heart of Darkness - FULL FILM

Ойын-сауық

“Even the best of us can fall…”
Set four months after the events of ECHOES OF THE PAST, witness the conclusion to the KOTOR Prequel Trilogy and the completion of Dann Kasra’s fall from grace and transformation back into the Dark Lord of the Sith: Darth Revan in the midst of a war between The Republic & The Sith Empire.
HEART OF DARKNESS not only wraps up a three part story adapting the events of KOTOR 1 but also ties directly into the first film of the original KOTOR 2 quadrilogy; Return of the Exile, connecting the entire KOTOR Machinima Saga together as a seven part narrative.
I would like to thank you ALL for your continuous patience, love & support over the years. This entire project has been a sheer labour of love and I am beyond proud to finally see the sun set on it with this film. This began as a small “what if?” experimental project back in early November 2014 and grew into something much bigger than I ever could have imagined. Since the project's initial inception, it has traveled with me a lot through life, from late adolescence, through university & into adult life, and like life itself, it has matured and changed alongside me. It means MORE than you can imagine to me to finish the final chapter of this series after all these years.
I would also like to thank my INCREDIBLE voice actors from all seven films over the years. Thank you so much to all of you for lending your time and talent to these films and for bringing these characters to life.
Finally, a MONUMENTALLY GINORMOUS AND ENDLESS thank you to BurningEarthChris for lending their insane talents to the film to craft some truly beautiful VFX sequences. Chris, I seriously cannot thank you enough!

THANK YOU to everyone who turned out for the premiere tonight. I can only apologise for the skipping/buffering issues during the premiere (I am absolutely furious/embarrassed by it), but fortunately none of the issues appear to be there upon rewatch, most noticeably the intro skip that caused such dismay. So please, rewatch the film and enjoy it as it should be!

The last moment with Carth and Revan made me so emotional. Carth tried to bring Dann back into the light side, but it was too late. I adore your characterization of Revan, the voice acting is on point and you somehow made the whole animations surrounding his KotOR character model evoke a whole lot of emotion despite it being a 2003 game, that's an incredible feat. Diving a bit more into his characterization, this is what I love because I have the slight suspicion that you have purposefuly not done the reborn Dark Lord Revan an exact copy of the old Darth Revan, and I think this is because his previously cool and calculating demeanor is greatly hampered by the fact that the persona of Dann Kasra has grown to truly rediscover the compassion and love that he gradually lost during his time as a Jedi Crusader and almost completely discarded when he originally became the Dark Lord. Ironically, however, that same love and compassion morphed into distrust and anger after so many lies, betrayals and unfortunately self-inflicted tragedies pushed him once again into embracing the dark side to regain some semblance of truth and belonging. While he is still a monster for murdering a loyal friend and a child (a decision that only _he_ made) it is still tragic to once you consider the downwards spiral that caused him to snap. Astounding work!

Such a beautiful and dark ending to a beautiful saga! I have been riding this channel since Legacy of the Sith back when I was in 6th grade! Amazing to see how much your writing style grew. It feels like my childhood has officially ended with this movie as I am turning 18 on September. It's symbolic in a way that all I grew up with has ended. (Spoilers ahead!) I have to admit I love the segment on Korriban. Seeing the fragment of Revan persuading Dann to commit darker actions which he never would have in the earlier films is sad. You can tell how dark Dann is at that point as he didn't shy away from leaving behind a comrade unlike what he would have done, and killed Yuthara who considered him a friend at that point. At that point, he already fallen to the dark side even though he wasn't Revan yet. I love how Dann made quick work of Bandon; really shows how strong he was at that point. The Revan and Juhani moment was just a great tragedy especially since knowing what would come. Sadden to see the Elders putting faith again in Dann only to be murdered later. The Dann joining Bastila moment is incredibly sad especially since Jolee and Juhani were individuals who cared about Dann and only wanted best for him, only to be killed in the process. The Revan killing Zaalbar and Mission almost made me sobbed because he seemed almost convinced - I like to believe Dann came through for a moment and tried to stop himself - but the dark side was too strong for him. Revan fighting Malvaro was sad because you can tell how much the two care about each other. Glad that HK let T3 go; I think he knew something was up but didn't look into it because his loyalty to Revan. The war between the Republic and Sith was beautifully crafted; I always love a good battle! Revan, Bastila, Canderous, and HK invading the Starforge was such a fun to watch as it shows how good he and his crew worked together even with Revan being on the dark side. Revan receiving old armor is something long deserved. I feel bad for the Republic especially since one of their best soldiers perished, and now the Republic is truly crushed with their air forces gone. Poor Adrian when he discover the truth, and poor Carth for never giving up on Revan. The Revan and Malak fight truly highlighted Revan's power and shows how strong the former is - Malak was nothing but a failed apprentice who Revan could easily cast under his boot. That Carth and Revan moment is beautiful because he still tried to reach his brother in his final moments. With the contributions of all that happened recently, the true Dark Lord of the Sith risen to his place. The entire galaxy was almost cast aside yet at the end there's always A New Hope rising from within. The Force has a will, it has a destiny for us all. One wield it, but it uses us all, and that is abhorrent to some. Because some hate the Force. Some hate that it seems to have a will, that it would control us to achieve some matter of balance, when countless lives are lost.

That was absolutely an incredible masterpiece. It ties perfectly with the quadrilogy, adds the depth and complexity of revan that allows us to understand his path. The betrayal from the jedi, the desire for truth and order, his growing lust for power and anger as well as his desire to be with Bastila all build up to this expected but still oh so tragic moment. I also love how his relationship with zekk is ever more seen onscreen with the movie and the prologue. Thank you. Now, if i can make a suggestion, as possible future work for you. What i think would be a great video to make is an interlude between the trilogy and the quadrilogy. I think it would be awesome if you could visit this moment right after the battle of Malachor 5 at the end of the mandalorian wars. We could see Revan announcing their departure to "allegedly" hunt down the remaining forces of the ennemy as they all had "fallen" already and zekk walking away as he didn't fall but was instead "changed". It is just a moment that i always wished i could see from the moment i discovered the exile's story almost 2 decades ago. But i nontheless thank you again for this saga and congratulate you on your ability for connecting characters and stories. Your prologue did provide a sense of closure, i didn't realise i needed. That is how much your saga affected me. Thank you

I think this is the best thing that could happen to the cinematography of the Star Wars universe. Even though you used the game's pre-made storyline, it doesn't diminish your role. I am very glad that I found your channel. Tell me, will you still make films in the future? You could create your history of the Jedi Academy, for example.

You know what's funny about this reference ? Ironically, it was making half of the Darkside choices in the first game that made the Lightside ending so rewarding to choose. I felt as if I was creating the proto-Separatist movement. Rebuilding the true Revan.

That was amazing. Thanks for your work. I really love that you installed Darth Revan as the main bad guy in your movies. I would like to hear about the future. Are you planning to create more movies? Or is your story now "done"? I mean, there is much potential for possible spin off movies in your Kotorverse, like the mandalorian wars, the jedi civil war or the five years between Heart of Darkness and Return of the Exile. Anyway, thank you for this film, that was a lot of fun.

Dude. Missed the Preview but man was I ever looking forward to this! Just speechless... this is by far your best work - and by that I mean most original. I loved the Manaan arc, but it was kind of an on-the-numbers rework to the ME3 expansion. This felt TRULY well written and unique. I had no idea what was going to happen and enjoyed every minute! I just love how you captured Dann really struggling with the Dark side with his friends, unlike the one-dimensional way in the game of just being a prick. Zalabaar man... you had me there.

Hello Darth Varkor, Varkor? Mister Varkor? Either way, doesn’t matter, don't mind that. I very recently have caught onto your channel as HoD got recommended to me a couple days ago. I got through some of it and decided to stop and I'mm watch through your movies with my friends as we go through. And as of what I've seen, I largely respect the effort you've put into all of your content and movies, and honestly, I'm sad it took until your final movie was out for me to find it. For that, I will apologize cause this was right up my alley as something I'd have grown up with, adding like 100 more views to each movie as they start turning into my sleep therapy xD. Regardless, hey, your content is fantastic and you gained a sub. And I'm excited to sit through and continue watching your movies. :)

Good video, on the other hand there is a small inconsistency, Jolee Bindo who is supposed to be a Jedi master is killed much too easily by the throwing of the saber, when he had plenty of time to parry since he was ready to fight Revan. And Juhani ditto when she gets put on the ground, and the pillar crashes on her. They look like padawans or even soldiers being killed.

Yo, that shit was amazing, well done! I never came across this before and not started to watch your entire 7 film saga. As I finished with "Lost Masters" I notices "Legacy of the Sith" Movie is nowhere to be found in your uploads and in the playlist one video is hidden, which probably is that one. Any way of watching LotS?
