So glad to see you ladies back. I don't care that Karen passed away, I did not like her with Simone. I am sad that Derek and Alex are over for now. I think they will get back together soon. I hope they don't feature Derek less, now that Star and Simone are staying at his house, hopefully he can pop up in a few scenes. Quincy is a good actor and he's such a cutey. I still think Quincy should have been cast as a songwriter or music producer so that there was more reasons to have him in scenes with other characters. Noah needs to sort his head out. I don't think he's a bad guy but he can't make up his mind who he wants to hook up with long term. I love the points you made about Star (a white woman not getting the man, especially a black man), why can't the beautiful dark woman be the most desired woman on the show. To me, Star is trashy as hell. Alex is a little selfish but she is stunning and I want to see more dark sisters portrayed as the stunner on TV shows. I thought Noah was going to go for Alex when he first came into the show. I thought Derek had competition. I would have preferred that storyline. Both Patti Labelle and Brandy were good. It was a good episode.

No way, not Rachel. She needs someone who can help her heal and support her. The woman/man should be a new character to play her love interest. I thought her and Angel were going to be together.

I'm trying to figure out how Star gets everything she wants. She didn't go after Hunter nor Noah. They went for her first. Star has a sister that does drugs, a mom that's deceased, she had a bf that abused her etc. She's chasing after a dream that may not happen. I just don't get how she gets everything.

I think if Star was pregnant she would have reacted to Noah and Alex differently. She would have been more mad and I think she would have told Noah already or blurted it out to Alex. I think the secret her mum keeps telling her to tell them is about her dad.
