  Deek's reaction wasn't what many hoped for. But given the date it is on the show it is entirely appropriate. I like that very real discrimination, hate or being seen as someone who has a disease is just erased from history. It gave Ellen such a great arc to go from hiding her true self to comeing out when it could change the world.

  Late on the train... Commenting on why Eve does not carry a gun: it's intentional, not in her behalf, but on Carolyn's. Same reason there is no paperwork or red tape-- a discussion that is had before she goes in the Italy mission. Guns can be traced. Eve is told multiple times her role in M16 is unofficial. If something goes wrong, the government washes its hands.

  Is that room filled with laughing gas? You literally all spend half of your time laughing. Reduces the content by half.   Cheating is wrong regardless of its form (emotional, mental, or physical). However, I do think emotionally cheating on someone hurts more because of the connection. You can have sex with anyone and have it not mean anything (just a fun time). But when it comes to emotional cheating, to me, it's saying that someone else means more to you than the one you're currently with. There's a bond created there that's strong enough to make you want to lie and even consider leaving your partner. So in my opinion, emotional cheating hits harder than physical cheating. Though overall, any form of cheating is bad. Just break up and end things to avoid the extra heartache.
