    I❤ the robot lady. I do it in the mornings. Really it was to stretch my body before work. But then ppl started complimenting me on how little my waist looked. Thank you so much. Keep it up!

    A very good programme with a few different exercises. I really appreciated that this programme concentrated on the abdomen area whereas some others say they do but are actually all over exercises. I'll be repeating this series often. Thank you.
