When u say no contact that means u block her everywhere cuz I did block her in every social media and she didn't block me back and she wanted to be my friend so I blocked her everywhere

Hello, female here, I male advice. Every time I contact my ex he suggests to meet at a hotel with no strings attached, i never agree of course I’m not trying to get used for sex I’m in my 30s too old for that and want something serious. We were engaged at one point and now he only thinks I’m good enough for that. I want a relationship again. Now he’s on tinder looking for something long term yet wants to use me for sex. He said if I meet with him for sex he will delete his tinder. I’m not that stupid I didn’t fall for that. As he will probably download it again behind my back. Is this situation doomed?. If you or any of you men in the comments could give me some advice I would appreciate it. I need male input here.
