The two best clubs in the League. The UFL needs to build around these brands.

What a great that was by both teams, To be honest both of St Louis & Birmingham have great.players along with great coaches. Two great Franchises going at it. I wouldn't be surprised if we see these 2 teams play again in the playoffs.

Y'all barely won, it wasn't like it was a BEATDOWN. If you watched the game unbiasedly. You can't come away and say oh we're head and shoulders above everyone and it's not close. These teams are very evenly matched across the board. It comes down to who executes the most. and the cheap shot low ankle tackle that hurt Aj's leg threw the entire momentum off in the late 4th. That was the game right there. He had multiple guys open down the field for TD bombs altered by that injury. STL will definitely be in the Championship where we will have 50k fans screaming at you causing you false starts. Barring injury ofcourse. Yall need to giddy up your fanbase. For a game like this, that stadium should have been much LOUDER! BHAM got this one for now.

Last week, when I commented how well Martinez has been playing, a very passionate gentleman kept commenting all week how Mcarron was way better, “not even close”, and that would be shown this week. I wonder if that loud gentleman is ok.

There were some bad plays, decisions and drops in that game, but that’s what happens when you have the two best teams actually playing under pressure. These guys have walked over the rest of the league so when they finally played each other was the first time we’ve really seen them tested. This has to be the championship game this year.

This was a great game. It may not happen but it would be great with the UFL Championship game being in St. Louis with the Battlehawks playing Birmingham in front of a sold out Dome stadium with all the fans yelling out KA KAW IS THE LAW. The Battelhawks need to get there first and it will not be easy..

The only team that can beat the Birmingham Stallions… is the Birmingham Stallions.

The best game I've seen and I have been watching Spring football since AAF.

For a championship preview, this game delivered. 7 lead changes!

Wow that game ended with a wimper. But Martinez did not get the snap off on that last run for 12 yards. A whole second almost burned off after the clock hit 0. But a good win by Birmingham.

This game was great to watch we will see both these teams again in the playoffs ❤

Battle hawks versus stallions and battle hawks versus defenders will be two of the greatest spring football rivalries ever to be played for many years to come! This game was hyped as the game of the season before it was even played… It did not disappoint. All-time classic!

​​@@allanross611The viewership numbers have been going up each week despite competing with March madness, the NBA playoffs, the draft, soccer, track and field and NHL playoffs, etc. Trust me, if this league keeps doing this with these networks will love to have it around for decades. Disney will already fund it for some years so you don't need to worry at all. Unless COVID 2.0 happens lol. But I doubt it will. Just let the league grow its base out. They'll probably select some better cities next year for more crowd attendance.

@@allanross611 absolutely! The Rock and Disney are not going to give up on this after one year. Not to mention this is the best average TV viewership of any spring league since the 1980s version of the USFL. Despite competing with March madness, the masters, MLB, MLS, English Premier league, NBA playoffs, NHL playoffs, NFL draft, and other college events… The TV viewership has remain steady or even increased weak over week. The attendance is not perfect, but it has not been on a study decline. There was a small drop off from the first couple of weeks, but then it held study and it’s actually starting to go back up again. It’s working. It just needs people to care now.

@@kimberlycampbell1100 do you know my had this discussion with a bunch of very knowledgeable people about spring football a couple times already. Moving teams are out of their current markets, even if the attendance is pretty bad, is not something that the league can afford to do. It hurts the image of the league overall. Memphis and Houston are having atrocious seasons, and the attendance is reflecting that… But if you move them after one year of really bad numbers the fans aren’t going to trust the league and whatever Newmarket it goes to. They’re definitely going to expand though.

Ajs not wearing the scripted A no more, i don't feel bad 4 him stallions rolling on battlehawks took a step back, couldn't recover from the slant plays defense is weak in the middle plus long drives tired out the battlehawks they couldn't stop the run game hell they couldn't stop martinez or mearable .

I really hope this stays around this is some quality gameplay

one of the problems for the ufl,is on these national sports talk shows,radio or tv, not one mention of the ufl,,i listened today before the game,both fox sports,and espn, and every radio show they clamored on and on and on,, about every other sports evet on the weekend, not one mention of the ufl. fox owns the league, espn broadcast the game, one would think they would have the league mentioned briefly,, at least, noooo, not one time in the rundown of all the sporting events of the day did this game warble out of their mouth,,to me that is a problem.

Stallions winning was really lucky. Bad plays, refball, and bad drops and muffs made it really dangerous for them to finish in the end. Both teams did play well and the mvp race might go down between the two qbs. As a Stallions fan, I would be aware of how lucky we were playing against ourselves and the hawks. If this keeps up, we could be one and done in playoffs.

Interesting or you can look on how we overcame those issues. It’s not like that happen to other team and we capitalize on their mistakes. We over came our blenders by playing well.
