The hip drop dislocated man ankles and more broken legs since this new tackle came about after the NFL issued a ban of upper head area hits and defenseless players hit.

The Stallions players supposedly aren't good enough for the NFL but for the past three seasons, Skip has done a brilliant job of getting the best out of his guys.

Nebraska fan here. Always happy to see Martinez doing well. He deserves so much more than what he achieved in college. Great player. Great human. I wish him the best of luck!

Yep he could have been great with a decent team and average coaching around him, just shows how far our team has fallen. Hopefully we are on the up hill climb now. I will keep rooting for him and hope he gets a shot in the nfl one day.

I like this league a lot, and I hope that attendance starts ticking upward. Birmingham absolutely needs to show up for their next home game, this team is 26-3 in 2+ seasons. There had better be 20K+ at their next home game...

Stallions are a great team. They oughta be drawing folks to home games like they did in the Cliff Stoudt-Joey Jones-Joe Cribbs era.

This, watching highlights of Tejhaun Palmer after getting drafted wondering why the hell the Stallions can't get in the neighborhood of UAB. And since they get a possible United Bowl preview in two weeks no excuse.

I love football no matter what league as long as it’s competitive. But has anyone noticed that that Houston Roughnecks are a combo of the Houston Oilers Logo and the Houston Texans colors? Or is it just me?

No, he is not, Aj in STL is the best in the UFL, he has more TD, higher pct., more yards, and more everything. The only thing I say is more athletic than AJ barely for Martinez. Even Brhamas QB is better than Martinez.

Can’t help but feel that Martinez is a better, or at least a more explosive playmaking option as a backup quarterback than at least half of the #2 QBs in the league. Starter? Probably not, at least definitely not at first. He needs consistency more than anything, but some of these throws and this obvious athleticism has got to be more useful than the dudes riding the bench right now

@@ryandavis4448 but as a #2 which is what I’m saying he would be, what you want is a spark and that’s what he could give. Btw a lot of these players have played in the nfl or are at least the same size as most nfl players and hit just as hard, actually harder because the rules protect QBs even when they run. Plus he’s shown that if you commit to the run he can make good enough pass to hit receivers, he does it every week

The Roughnecks is actually the Houston Gamblers of the USFL. The city of Houston voted to rebrand the Gamblers as the Roughnecks.

@@jamesnoonan2009 The merger required 4 and 4. Since the Roughnecks were actually in Houston , they already had the fan base in place. They chopped the original Roughnecks , replaced them with the Gamblers and changed the name. I understand why and agree 100 % with the decision. The unfortunate side is the Roughs fans had a championship contender team taken away and given a very weak team.

@@jamesnoonan2009 The XFL Roughs version had a good roster . 7 - 3. USFL Gamblers were 5 -5 . The XFL Roughs were cut and the players went into a dispersal draft for the remaining 4 XFL teams. Remember the 4 cut xfl teams players were available to the other 4. Same thing with the 4 cut USFL teams players were made available to the remaining usfl teams. This years Roughnecks were last years Gamblers..

Here is the problem for the Stallions. They have it to easy. No team in their division can equal them. The x division has 3 good teams and 1 will miss the play-offs. Stallions will have first place wrapped up soon and could get lazy and over confident. They were lucky to beat DC. Lets see how they do against SAT and STL.
