A brief demonstration of setting up the Ss Brew Bucket stainless steel fermenter for fermentation using an airlock or a blow off tube. Also a quick overview of pulling samples for gravity readings as well as racking beer to the keg.

That racking tube that's inside do I have it pointing up or down?
Be careful - If you open the ball valve for a sample while you have a blowoff tube in sanitizer, you will suck in sanitizer!

Right. You should remove/vent the system prior to draining
