മാഡത്തിന്റെ ഒരോ വിഡിയോകളും വളരെ ആകാംക്ഷയോടെയാണ് ഞാൻ കണ്ടിരുന്നത്. ഏറെ പ്രചോദനവും സന്തോഷവും കൂടാതെ സിവിൽ സർവീസ് നോട്‌ ബഹുമാനവും തോന്നിയ വീഡിയോകൾ ആയിരുന്നു ഓരോന്നും. എല്ലാ വിഡിയോകളും ഒന്നും വിടാതെ ഞാൻ കാണാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ ഒരു കോളേജ് അദ്ധ്യാപകൻ ആണ്. മാഡത്തിന്റെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടതിനു ശേഷം ഇത്രയും സ്തുതിയർഹമായ ജനസേവനം നൽകാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ജോലി ചെയ്യുവാൻ പലപ്പോഴും എനിക്ക് ആഗ്രഹം തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അൽപത്തരം... ആദ്യ വനിതാ ഐപിഎസ് ഓഫീസർ എന്ന നിലയിൽ നല്ല ബഹുമാനം ആയിരുന്നു....പക്ഷേ എന്തോ കുഴപ്പം ഉണ്ട്.... ഡിജിപി (LAW AND ORDER) ആവാൻ കഴിയാത്ത പ്രയാസം/വിഷമം. റിട്ടയർ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ സർക്കാർ നല്ല പോസ്റ്റ് കൊടുക്കും എന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു അതും കിട്ടിയില്ല, അതിൻ്റെ പ്രയാസമാ..... യൂണിഫോം സർവീസിൽ കൂടുതൽ കാലം യൂണിഫോം വേണ്ടാത്ത പോസ്റ്റിൽ ഇരുന്നു....ഇതൊക്കെ ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഐപിഎസ് ൽ ഉയർന്ന റാങ്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ കൂടുതൽ കാലം law and order കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്ത് കഴിവ് തെളിയിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ (സ്വയം പറഞ്ഞാൽ പോരാ) തീർച്ചയായും കിട്ടുമായിരുന്നു... പിന്നെ കോവിഡ് കാലത്ത് സെൻ്റ് ഓഫ് തന്നില്ല എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ തന്നെ പറയുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ അതിൽ എന്താണ് തെറ്റ്..... സ്വയം ഒരുപാട് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു പക്ഷെ മറ്റുള്ളവർ(സർക്കാരുംസീ നിയർ/അസോസിയേഷൻ etc) എന്നിവർക്ക് കാര്യങ്ങൾ അറിയാവുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്തില്ല... മൂന്ന് വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞും സങ്കടം തീർന്നില്ല എന്ന് ഈ വീഡിയോവിലൂടെ പറയാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു.... ഹിന്ദു/ദൈവ വിശ്വാസിയല്ലേ? അവനവന് അർഹതപെട്ടതെ ദൈവം തരൂ..,...അതിൽ തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുക....

I need to bring something to your attention regarding your police department. Many police officers and other ranks exhibit very bad behavior towards the public. Even during routine vehicle checks, they treat the public as if they have committed a major offense. It seems that the command and control of the officers are not under proper supervision, leading to this behavior. Once they put on their uniforms, they act as if they are the supreme authority. Why is this happening? When will the police behave respectfully towards the public?
