ഞാൻ പോലീസ് ജോബിന് വേണ്ടി തയ്യാറാക്കുവായർന്നു. ഇനി അതില്ല ഇത്രേം കണ്ടു corruption മാത്രം നടക്കുന്ന dept. അതിലും ഭേദം പത്തു കാശ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി നമ്മളും നന്നായി ഇരിക്കാം പാവപ്പെട്ട പത്തുപേർക്ക് ഒരു നേരത്തെ എങ്കിലും ആഹാരം എങ്കിലും വാങ്ങിക്കൊടുക്കാം. നമ്മടെ govt. നന്നാകില്ല. നിങ്ങൾ സ്വന്തം ജീവിതത്തിൽ ചെയ്ത ത്യാഗം എനിക്ക് ഇൻസ്പിറേഷൻ അല്ല തന്നത് മറിച് warning... ഒരു സാധാരണക്കാരന്റെ ജീവിതം തന്നെ പെരുവഴി ആയിപ്പോകും നല്ലൊരു പോലീസ് ആകാൻ ശ്രെമിച്ചാൽ എന്ന് പലരും പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് ഇപ്പൊ കണ്ടു. കുറെയേറെ നല്ല കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാനാകും പോലീസുകാർക്ക്.. അതിനുള്ള മനസ്സും ധൈര്യവും വേണം. എന്തൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാലും എന്റെ IPS എനിക്ക് തന്ന അനുഭവങ്ങൾ ബിലപ്പെട്ടത് തന്നെ! ഇത്തരം തിരിച്ചടികളും പ്രയാസങ്ങളും സാരമില്ലെന്നേ 😅

You have it in your heart to say that your dog Roxy is like your daughter. Animals are precious to God and offer unconditional love as God does. If your continue to be so nice and kind to animals, God will give you much more than what you lost. With respect to the case, you are right in thinking that you were just going through some bad times. Such things have happened to civil servants from a different cadre who are my relatives too, and they suffered mental torture during those times. I know what happened is very unfair and will sting when you think about it, but it is best to put it behind you and not think about it much.

Truly Dogs are very much stress buster. We have a Pomeranian who loves with us for 14 years and then passed away. He was everything to us. He understands our feelings and what we felt. We miss him truly. Happy that you overcame all the negativity in your life and living peacefully now. Wishing to meet you some time in life. But many of persons like you can't escape from such labyrinth and finally vanishes to God. Both executive and judiciary are the two sides of same coin. What has actually changed is the percentage of honest, innocent people in this whole world. You or I ,or a few may feel pain because of some consciousness left in us by supreme power. Mam , He is keeping people like you and many others with similar consciousness upright to make His presence feel in this mechanized society. Hearing your talk tears started rolling down my cheeks , how a powerful person ,who has vast executive powers is becoming helpless before some (I would like to call) evil elements in the society. Mam, revolution in my mind is of such a kind , so as to bring back the peace ,happiness, transparency and innocence which was prevailing in our society during our childhood periods. ഓരോ ഔദ്യോഗിക പദവിയും ശരിക്കും മുൾക്കിരീടം തന്നെയാണെന്ന് മാഡത്തിന്റെ അനുഭവങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് മനസിലാക്കാം... എങ്കിലും അന്തിമ വിജയം സത്യത്തിന് തന്നെയാണ്... പക്ഷേ നമ്മുടെ കോടതികളിൽ നടക്കുന്ന കൊള്ളരുതായ്മകൾ ഇപ്പോഴും നിർബാധം തുടരുകയാണ്.. ഒരു ബിഷപ്പ് വിചാരിച്ചാൽ മാറാവുന്ന നിയമ സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ നമ്മുടെ കോടതികളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ളൂ.... ശരിക്കും ഒരു ശുദ്ധികലശം അനിവാര്യമാണ് 👍👍

Madam It's a necessity to talk about the real underlying current of influence of religious groups in Kerala society, which is able to fly above even the government. Though I am just a house wife, I too is a victim to the corrupt /fraudulent elements of this society, but in another way. This society is sinking. It will touch the deepest point soon. Then will erupt.... Then all ,including these elements will rupture . That's the end....

It's very painful and pathetic situation of the society. What can we do instead of remaining silent spectators? This situation should have a close. Other wise this place will turn to a non habitable place to coming generations. I don't know how. But one thing I know. The religious leaders should be kept out from administrative bodies. Exporters of fraud and terror! These are the people , the God keeps maximum distance

@@sreelekhaips Yes mam we can atleast start discussions ,working on to a fair judicial system, which is essential for fulfilling the very concept of good governance. Judiciary is also part of cross section of our society. I have felt from my own experience some are even not showing the minimal compassion even towards the weakest sections. All of us are approaching judiciary as a last hope but strong hope.A setback from judiciary is really unbearable. I hope in future ,people with good track records in social welfare activities only can hold such sensitive posts instead of jurists capable of interpreting laws in such a way to suit the requirements of.... their....

അതാണ് കഷ്ടം. ഇപ്പോൾ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യുന്ന പോലീസുകാർ കൂടി വരികയാണല്ലോ!

Defamation കേസിന്റെ cause of action ന്റെ സ്ഥലം എവിടെയായിരുന്നു എന്നത് ആദ്യം maintainabilty സമയത്താണ് നോക്കുന്നത്. Admission കഴിഞ്ഞ് മുഖ്യവിസ്താരം നടക്കുമ്പോൾ അക്കാര്യം പ്രതിഭാഗം ഉന്നയിച്ചത് വിചിത്രം. ഇത് അറിയാത്ത ആൾ അല്ലല്ലോ Magistrate. സ്വാഭാവികമായും കേസ് ആ stage ൽ തള്ളാൻ അതിശക്തമായ pressure ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. Anyway, "Juduces non tenentur exprimere causam sententiae suae". വിജിലൻസ് എടുത്ത procurement malpractice case ന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ച വിവരത്തിന്റെ വിശ്വാസ്യത പരിശോധിക്കാൻ മെനക്കെടാതെ ഒരു പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ cognizable offence ന്റെ വിവരം ലഭിച്ചാൽ ചെയ്യും പോലെ തീർത്തും യാന്ത്രികമായി present incumbent officer ടെ പേരിൽ FIR ഇടാനുള്ള തിടുക്കത്തിലും ആസ്വാഭാവികത . വിജയം ഉറപ്പാണെങ്കിൽ പോലും Suit for damages മായി മുന്നേറുമ്പോൾ കിട്ടിയതിന്റെ നേട്ടത്തെക്കാൾ കിട്ടാത്തതിന്റെ നഷ്ടബോധം കേസ് തീരും വരെയും പിന്തുടരും. അത് ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ ആ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ compromise suit ഫയൽ ചെയ്‌തത്‌ നന്നായി മാഡം.

അതെ ഹരി.. കേസ് ഏറെ മുന്നോട്ടു പോയിട്ടാണ് പെട്ടെന്നൊരു ദിനം തള്ളുന്നത്... ഇത് വെറുതെ ഉണ്ടായ കാര്യമല്ല.. പിന്നിൽ വൻ ശക്തി എനിക്കെതിരെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു..

@@sreelekhaips it doesn't make sense going for settlement once the case is filed; because I feel that this is commonly trodden path used by those subverting the law with the help of unscrupulous elements of the legal fraternity. These are my views, although you may or may not agree.

ഒന്നിൽ മാത്രമാണ് കമന്റ്സ് disable ചെയ്തത്.. അത് വായിക്കുകയും മറുപടി എഴുതുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത് negative energy ആണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായപ്പോൾ. എന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വെറുക്കപ്പെട്ട എപ്പിസോഡുകളായ ദിലീപ് സംഭവവും തൃക്കുന്നത് സെമിനാരി സംഭവവും- അതിൽ ഇപ്പോഴും comments ഉണ്ടല്ലോ

ഇതിനെയാണ് അഗ്നി പരീക്ഷണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്.. മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിനെതിരെ ജില്ലാ ജഡ്ജിക്ക് ഹൈക്കോടതി രജിസ്ട്രാർക്ക് പരാതി കൊടുക്കണം ആ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിന്റെ പേര് കൂടി പരാമർശിക്കണം ആയിരുന്നു.... സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് എല്ലാവർക്കും കാര്യങ്ങൾ അറിയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു

അമ്മേ തല്ലിയാലും രണ്ടാഭിപ്രായം പറയുന്ന നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ നീതി പീഠങ്ങൾ നിയമവും കൃത്രിമ തെളിവുകള മാത്രം നോക്കി വിസ്തരം നടത്തി യാൽ ധാർമികതയും നിരപരാതിതവും ബലി കഴിക്കപ്പെടും, മാഡത്തിന്റെ നിരപരാതിത്വവും രേഖ പെടുത്തിയ ഒരുകോടതി മുകളിലുണ്ട് തീർച്ച!!! ഇപ്പോൾ ഹൈകോടതികൾ മുതൽ താഴോട്ടുള്ള കോടതികളെ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ വിഴുങ്ങി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്

പ്രയാസമാണ് സലിം.. നമുക്ക് favorable ആയി കോടതി വിധി വന്നാലും അതിനു stay, അപ്പീലുകൾ അങ്ങനെ നീണ്ടു നീണ്ടു പോകും. പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും civil കേസുകൾ മരണം വരെ നമ്മെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിക്കും. അനുഭവമുള്ളതുകൊണ്ടാണ്!

Gopakumar ചേച്ചിയുടെ ബാല്യകാലത്തെ കുറിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞു എനിക്ക് എപ്പോഴും ഒരു second ചാൻസ് ആണ് കിട്ടിയത് മൂത്തവർ ഉപയോഗിച്ച' ഡ്രസ് തുടങ്ങിയവ. അപ്പോൾ മിസ്റ്റർ Gopakumar ചേച്ചിയോട് ചോദിച്ചു teeth ബ്രഷ് അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണൊ എന്ന്?😅 ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞു ഉമിക്കരിആണ് ഞാൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കാറു എന്ന് ' വല്ലാത്ത ചോദ്യം പകച്ചുപോയി ചേച്ചിയുടെ ബാല്യം😅😅💕❤️

So, judges are corrupt, they can easily be influenced, it is shocking to know that that judge has been influenced by their religious leaders and acted in a partisan manner, You being an IPS officer should have fought this out, until you got justice, if this is what happens to an IPS officer, just imagine what would be the plight of a common man. You should name and shame that shady magistrate. He is a shame for judiciary. As an IPS officer you should have shone your spine to fight these evils in the society. Or, you had something to hide?, which forced you for a compromise

Gopu... Not all Judges are corrupt. If you watched all my previous videos, you would know that I've mentioned several times why I don't want to reveal some names. Besides, what is your right to get angry or think I had something to hide in this matter? You must be too young to understand the value of peace, you may prefer to fight all the way at the cost of your health & life...! Then get into IPS & fight all this rot. All the best!
