Needed a 3 month hiatus for personal reason. Had mentioned it in the last video

Namaste🙏 mam Happy to see you back. You are back with a topic, the most cherished desire of a human being. While going through this topic, I can't ignore the most admirable personality , not only as a police officer, but also as a true philanthropist, the one and only the blessed, Sree Alexander Jacob. Mam ,you also blessed to be part of his reforms. In my opinion a jail is the most complicated part of our administrative system. Common act of crime, but totally different situations and committed by people of extremely different mind sets. At least in 80% cases, the intention can be brought out during trial proceedings. But the pressing situations which is behind it, makes each crime unique. Some situations are like,while going through it we may feel the murder was essential,may be not different from what Bhagvan adviced in Holy Geeta. But under a penal code, or under a democracy, other multiple complicated factors are less significant. Same formula is applied in all cases under each section . Hope we will get a more sensitive,sensible,scientific, creative, criminal justice system in our near future, so that, "the eligible" will get it's benifit. Despite sincere efforts by many, even now jails remain a place, converting a good/bad to a worst.To bring a desired result there should be Reformation from top to bottom." The fence should stop eating the crop"(Indian prblm) Mam, here most administrators are not bothered about producing a good society , with moral values..... where there is no crime.... no criminals,... all are comfortable and happy..

ഇതൊക്കെ വായിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു! ഇംഗ്ലീഷിൽ മലയാളം എഴുതിയാൽ എനിക്ക് വായിക്കാൻ പ്രയാസമാണ്. എങ്കിലും ആദ്യത്തെ ചോദ്യത്തിനുത്തരം- ശരിയാണ്. 7 വർഷം ജയിൽ വാസമനുഭവിച്ചതിനാൽ കുറ്റം തെളിഞ്ഞാൽ ചിലപ്പോൾ മാസങ്ങൾക്കകം തന്നെ പുറത്തു വരം. നിരപരാധിയാണെങ്കിൽ അത്ര നാൾ റിമാൻഡ് നീട്ടാൻ സാധ്യത കുറവാണ്, യാതൊരു നഷ്ടപരിഹാരമോ പോലീസിൽ നിന്നോ സർക്കാരിൽ നിന്നോ കിട്ടില്ലെന്ന്‌ മാത്രമല്ല, എന്തെങ്കിലും വേണമെങ്കിൽ മനനഷ്ടകേസോ, പരിഹാരതുകക്കുള്ള കേസോ കൊടുക്കണം.
