Iam surprised you didn't mention anything about the acute shortage of staff in police force which was the major problem highlighed by most police officers as per news reports . Even a DGP asked the government to create new 700+ posts urgently in traffic and finance department rejected it.

Police is one of the organizations in Kerala with the maximum number of staff/officers totaling over 1.3 lakhs. The annual budget of Police is the highest too. Just check. Please watch all my episodes, I have clarified this before. DGP will keep on asking for more- staff & budget, but I feel the staff is more at present than what is needed. Only most of them do no work.. association members/co-operative society staff over 2000 never wear uniform & do no work except play politics. Personal securities of over 8000 have very less work. Over 10,000 staff are on various authorized/un authorized leave! Pray why do we need more?

ഈ സംശയം ഒക്കെ തീർന്നു കാണും ഇപ്പോൾ. കുട്ടി പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ രൂപയിൽ നിന്നും ഫിംഗർപ്രിന്റ്സ് ലിഫ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല. അതിൽ പലരും തൊട്ടു കാണും.

Dear mam Thanks for coming up with a new subject. Once again it's a convoluted matter. What you said about 😂 passing of tensions from head to tail is correct. 😂 I being witness to it, P S being part of society, is blessed with or has inherited all the qualities of our present society. 80% of them are more deciplined and well behaved than any other public sector departments. They are into the service of people, maybe because of the training they received. But at the same time the other 20% is dangerous to very dangerous..... with their executive powers.... maybe the more politically motivated section😂. Their strength depends upon, the strength they're getting from the higher offices. In fact this section is running the whole system, what I felt. The manipulation/misuse of power by this section is the cause of suffering to the public and definitely to their colleagues.... I have witnessed it recently... keeping a master slave relationship.... was very much evident.... I felt it pathetic.... They are definitely prone to psychological disorder. Even for a witness it is very difficult observing them. Mam , in my opinion all of the force need general counselling sessions from top to bottom . That will definitely bring results. The aggressive sections😂 will also get relief from " their own aggressiveness " and there by peace of mind for rest of their life 😄 also. Unless and until "some morality " is induced to these elements they'll continue to destroy the sanctity of the whole force . From the bottom of my heart I am telling you , except a few our police officers are the best serving group in our society. Considering the nature of our society, usually none will turn up for a counselling in public.They may be scared of making complaints against their colleagues.and also scared of a stigma, which will definitely make them more prone to .... side lining them.... Another thing is about,not a connected matter, just for your information , counselling team associated with PS for general public, opinion from general public.... In my opinion, the team lacks professionalism. What I noticed was "the same kind " of counselling is given to all sections of people from the highest ranked civil servant to the bottom.... even the police officers were not satisfied with the way counselling was going.on....😂.or otherwise these Councilling was not case sensitive..., same kind of remedy was offered for diseases of different origin and nature,so not yielding desired results...

Madam, as regards your having served to be the Chief (DGP) of Prisons in Kerala for over two years, your going would be tough under Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan given the deadly CPI(M) cadres who were serving their jail tenures for political murders at various prisons across the state, especially at our Kannur Central Prison. During the earlier CPI(M)-led LDF rule, there used to be news media reports to the effect that there existed a bitter row between the then Home Minister late Kodiyeri Balakrishnan and the then Jail Chief M.G.A. Raman who refused to deny the existence of political prisoners in Kerala's jails despite being required by the Home Minister to deny. It was also reported that the Jail Chief M.G.A. Raman was denied the post of State Police Chief for declining to abide by the home minister in this regard.

കഷ്ടം തന്നെ മാഡം ആരംഭിച്ച കൗൺസിലിങ് സെൻട്രർ പിന്നീട് ഇല്ലാതായി എന്ന് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ... നന്മുടെ സിസ്റ്റം ഇങ്ങെനെ ആണ്. താത്പര്യം കൊണ്ട് ചില ഇന്നോവറ്റീവ് കാര്യം ചെയ്യും. തുടർന്നു വരുന്നവർ അത് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കില്ല.
