so many people commenting in here that have never dealt with finish grade grain s.s. This is common practice per customer request to produce a aesthetic finish. This type of work is in a different ball game than normal welding and can be a pain in the add sometimes. Been doing this type of work for ten years and you have to have patience and a keen eye for detail.

Nice technique. Wouldn't it be a cleaner seam if you didn't to the masking until the last section. That way the brush marks would intersect instead of leaving a void area that didn't get grounded?

vicben1 Try Medium density unitized wheels. They can be dressed to fit the profile of the corner (using a dressing stick) and start with Coarse, then Medium and fine. Usually 150mm (6") diameter with a 25.4mm (1") bore but need a slower speed machine called fillet weld grinder. All corner welds can be made to disappear if you have the machines and abrasives. Sia do a guide called S4 which shows blending welds in all kinds of scenario's. I could scan this as a favour if you send your e mail address.

*WOOW😮😳* *Is that TIG Welding?* Actually I want/need to make a table frame of square pipes after 2-3 years that's why I'm currently researching on square pipes and welding. _I'll put hardwood table top on that metal frame without fastening (since I want to seal the frame totally from outside to limit inside out corrosion)._ *Tell me the kind of welding done there...* I have heard that TIG welding is a slow process but the strongest and precise of all welding methods. *That's true, isn't it?* *FEW MORE QUESTIONS:-* *What kind of material that square pipes are made up of?* *Chromium Steel* (10% or more chromium content by mass) OR *Stainless Steel* (which one: 304, 316 or other) OR *High Carbon Steel* or *Medium* or *Low* OR Cast Iron or Mild Steel OR Other (mention its name) Since I'll white paint my entire table (frame + wooden tabletop), I hope that stainless nature of square pipes don't prevent me from doing it properly.🤔 *Is there ‘non - stainless’ version of those quality pipes of 304, high carbon steel, chromium steel, etc.?* I want my table to easily last longer than me for about 60 years at least. I do will paint it once every 3 years. *Painting every 3 years is correct, isn't it? Or should I reduce the years?* *What is the thickness of square pipes' material plate used? How many gauge or thickness in mm?* *Is 2-3mm thickness enough for me since I'll put maximum of 1000kgs weight load on it?* Mostly computers and battery backups. The table will be 6-8 feet long by 3 feet width by about 28-29 inches total height. *What is the ‘width’ of those square pipes?* 2-3 inch OR 4-5 inch OR Other (mention please) *_What a Grinding!!!👍🏽_* *_Excellent piece of ART👏🏽_* _Thanks man for making such a great video._ I'm from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India🇮🇳. I find nobody here in my region to do anything in that perfection. Therefore I probably will buy welding machine, cutter, grinder, etc. and make my table all but myself. I hope buying all those to cost me anywhere under ₹1 lakh (approximately 1500 USD). _I'm really lucky for this video to get in my recommendations & for me clicking and watching it.🍀🎋_
