The results are excellent, however the disk only last a few cuts. I try with 7 inches Diablo brand and only last like 20 cuts. 20 cuts for 30 plus USD disk is too expensive.

A cutting disc is not to be used for grinding operations! Read the instructions on the disk!

С такой скоростью работы рама для стола будет неделю делаться, слишком много лишних движений. Ещё бы над дикцией и постановкой речи поработать, и перчатки использовать без дырок

Yo mejor con una segueta todo el corte, se me hace mucho más rápido y no fastidio tanto a los vecinos con el ruido ya que donde vivo solo se permiten en el día 55 db en el interior de la casa con todo cerrado y esa cortadora los sobrepasa por más del doble, me la pasaría a puro reporte y demandas. I get the idea but if I'm building something using tubing I always keep the seam line on the inside or whatever hides it best from view. Especially on thicker tubing, having your seams run on all different sides of the project looks sloppy and unprofessional. The tibe seams are visible even when painted. Just one view I guess.

That's very true if you have small job ,but what if you have a big job it can take ages

This tip should be taught to every worker

An easier way is knowing that a 90 degree angle is two 45 degree angles coming together. So, if you cut one at 46 and one at 44, it will make 90 degrees.

Не проще ли, относительно быстро обрезать, пускай где-то небольшой зазор, а потом просто проварить. Понятно, что может шило на мыло, сварка может занять больше времени, но если аккуратно зачистить, то на финише одно и тоже. Просьба без троллинга, по делу.

This is irrelevant, it doesn't matter if the tube doesn't line up perfectly, along as you make sure it's 90 degrees when welding it doesn't make a difference cause when you make a pass (not tick it all the way a round) you are adding material. So you can fill those gaps in just by adding more filler to the spot.

it matters if in general the weld pulls or tenses the metal, the 90 degree angle can be affected....for a square pipe, the wall thickness can be used in an uninterrupted joint in this way when welding, the metal is in a fixed position

@@georgerusu8423 Metal always pulls, thats why we clamp our work piece! The metal should always be in a "Fixed" position, I have yet to see any one certify floating welds. This is basic welding 101, no matter what tube your welding, the tube will move to where the heat is, thats why we clamp it in a jig, vice or whatever else you have that can secure both lets of angle, its secured, tack it in the middle of each side and weld from then, that way you can wrap the corners and make a nice strong weld.

Даремна трата часу на такі тончаки. Зварювати всеодно потрібно з зазором для провару. Так "вилизувати"мікрони,там де вони не треба ,можуть ті,в кого багато вільного часу.

Egalement de préférence utiliser un disque de 1 ou 1.6 mm d'épaisseur
