I am hoping to use the winter to process as much cooking firewood as possible. I have found the wood fired oven, grill and smoker take A LOT of wood. My goal is to spit at least 3 cords this winter. I am lucky to have all the premium cooking woods growing on our property: Oak, Hickory and Cherry.
