I always love these videos. One person has a lesson to teach and he never fully gets through it because the two other guys jump in to interrupt him and then he interrupts them before they interrupt each other and so on. "Okay so I'm showing the start of the exerci..." "Oh yeah and then you want to make sure the posture is like..." "Oh yeah and make sure you don't lean over too..." Etc...

how deep should we go when doing rear leg elevated split squats? also should we hold the weights at our sides for all the lunges or in front of our chest (goblet style) ? are there different benefits to both? thanks guys!!

Charlene Park go down just before your knee hits the floor IF you have good control and strength. Weight can be held at the sides or on the back with a barbell.

Love doing lunges for the benefits but hard on my bunion any recommendations? as I would like to still keep this move in my routine

try putting back foot up on a bench or rack ( Bulgarian split squat). This will remove forces from the big toe joint.

I'm a huge fan of mind pump and I think when you start off the videos with just the squad talking I think is a lot better and fits better for the seriousness of the workout and the video. That's just my opinion but love the video content
