JSN was playing with a partially broken wrist in the first ~3-4 games. or he may have just been coming off wrist surgery I cant remember which

I agree that JSN can be a special receiver in this league. The chemistry with Geno wasn't fully there plus he had some rookie hiccups and injuries, but I'm expecting big things next season with a full training camp. About JSN's speed, his straight line speed might not be spectacular but his three-cone was record breaking. Elite shiftiness is what enables him to get separation and make those screen plays.

youre right when you say jsn almost always gets incredible yards in just a bit of open space. The difference I see between him and other guys is theres no delay between catching ball - scanning field - taking off. He has no hesitation in the open field even when putting on a move and that really screws with defenders especially because they know how shifty he can be on a dime.

The boy could become the best receiver all time! He's as graceful a receiver I've watched he short arms really. He reminds of Baldwin

Great video. As a Seahawk fan the Njigba screen play was felt extremely hit or miss last season.

He had a pulled hamstring going into the season last year, and then broke his hand in the first game.

He hinted in an interview/talk show, whatever, that he perhaps wasn't utilised the best way possible by the Waldron system, when asked his oppinion on Shane Waldron as the new Bears OC.

The play design on that 49ers play in man is actually fire and if you look at DK on that slant that might be a touchdown cuz of his speed. Great play either way and JSN made his qb right. Give your guy a chance.

While at OSU he was really good at finding the holes in zone defenses. In the Rose Bowl you could clearly see if they needed him to be a number 1 receiver he could clearly be one.

Do people forget JSN injured his hand in camp and had hand surgery?!?! He’s a WR. Hand. Surgery. Of course his first 4 games were underwhelming. He also had zero self confidence (hence sideline hot mic with Geno). He’s gonna be a stud in 2024!! 🎉🎉💙💚 great content thank you!!😊

He seemed terribly miscast in the offense last year. Like the OC saw he had a lot of YAC in college and misinterpreted it as he was a gadget guy. It was criminal that he didn't get used in more ways in the intermediate game and yes, as you point out, down the field more, too. His ball tracking is outstanding.

The great QB play followed Canales to Tampa & it seemed like Waldron couldn't even scheme the o-line right on run plays. Chicago's offense is going to stall _a _*_LOT_* as it was Getsy's play-calling that made them effective.

JSN had the best 3 cone and 20 yard shuttle in the draft. Along with great route running and hands, I think JSN had one of the best three cones ever, top ten if I recall… Rome ran a ridiculous three cone for his size this last combine.

Forgot to mention his body positioning to set up routes and feel defenses… it all seems elite I don’t have any comp for him really. A quicker Reggie Wayne Hopefully we get to watch him for 10-15 years

People that have nothing but negative remarks don’t understand football. He was a rookie with two very well established veterans-ahead of him. I wasn’t expecting him to get as many targets as the very good veterans immediately. Plus, I believe our OC was overwhelmed. Now we have an experienced OC.

I think JSN is learning a lot from Tyler locket on how to get to his spots. Tyler isnt the tallest strongest or fastest receiver but he knows how to play leverages and always finds a way to get open.

Nice, kinda smart by Seahawks though. JSN broke his wrist 2nd preseason game and didn't miss a regular season game. Dont think they wanted to force injured rookie ball.

I think locket gives a lot of passes to Jiggy this year, I have to guess the o line improves a lot. Which gives him a lot more time to work in zones and space. Unlock the Jiggy and more bobo. If DK starts down too blocking d ends this offense should be unstoppable

I'm not really seeing any selling in his breaks. Good release package, great hands/transition to yac, and great body control, but he seems weak at manipulating defenders. I see a solid reliable receiving option, not the star many wanted him to be. That can change, I just want to see signs of development.

How about witherspoons play where he's burnt but turns his and guesses where the balls flight will be and swats the ball out of the air without looking. JSN is going to be around for 12 years atleast and will challenge receiving records. Before he's done. Peace

Yo Mankey (Half Man Half Monkey) you stated about his future being possibly affects by opportunities and/or staying healthy BUT you failed to equate his "slow start" of his rookie season WITHOUT MENTIONING HIS BROKEN wrist suffered during pre-season activities and having surguery to correct the breakage. Sham on you. Imagine what his future is going to be for him to come back from this injury earlier than expected for his future recovery ability. JSN will own many receiving records when his career ends. Just sayin'

I was one that thought the Hawks should've addressed the trenches by trading down. I loved JSN but the roof was leaking and the kitchen on fire, no time to convert the garage onto a mancave.
