feels like spinmaster must've given a stipulation that D could only get a review copy if he didn't do size comparisons because they're afraid the size could affect sales... really would have been nice to see, but D almost ALWAYS does size comparisons, so this feels like some strange thing that was asked of him, not his conscious or unconscious choice

Kratos is 192 cm/ 6'4 inches in Ragnarok, the figure size is accurate for 1/12 scale what are you talking about?

I've justified it's size on many other threads. reading too much into my comment brother. check his video of size comparisons and you'll see my actual thoughts on the size. nothing here said about the size other than it not being shown. how can we tell in this video in isolation if he's proportional to 6ft 4 in 1/12? we can't, and that was the point of my comment not being able to see. move along

Just quickly rewatched his marvel legends ghost rider review and comparing how that figure looks in his hand compared how the Kratos looks in his hand, he does seem to be similar in size to marvel legends (at least from how I see it).

He is not gonna scale with your Marvel Legends/GI Joe if that’s what you’re asking. This line is true 1/12 scale.

my only gripe with this figure is the lack of extra head for shouting/rage expression

I hope they also make an og/Greek Kratos because man this figure is really good

For anybody asking about size Kratos and Aloy are both pretty much the same size as a FIGMA and S.H. Figure, they're smaller 1/12 scale I have both and even tho they are a little smaller they are dope as hell and worth it

As a God of War collector I Pre ordered this Spin Master Kratos from Ragnarok. I think it will arrived in a month to my hands (south america). I can tell is more an action figure than a collector piece. A Serious Face would be better for the figure. Once I have it, i will do a review and size comparizon with my others NECA Kratos. And of course Im going to apply some black wash and add some detail to the figure with acrilic paint.

I was really expecting a size comparison, specially with the bro one. But this one seems to be very good for the price.

Im a scale freak and If this guy is shorter than a Marvel legends then the entire line immediately become irrelevant to me,i really really hope he's taller than a regular ML.

The shoulder pad?? It's glue in the back. i like kinda of style it gives more articulation compared to peg-in front and back

Would have preferred a side by side with other figures, instead of the photo stuff (just here for the reviews, which are usually excellent) And what’s his retail price? (I’d guess he’s a lot more than he should be, which is the price of a marvel legends)

This looks so much nicer in hand compared to the promo pics. The pics made it look pretty cheap but its actually pretty good for the price point.

While this is more articulated, the NECA 2 Pack Kratos is better as he comes with angry head, 2 pair of Blades, and Mimir. Hopefully they will put out a deluxe version with more accessories. Otherwise, the $29.99 price tag is too steep for little accessories, could have given him an extra angry head.

Actually the Neca one is more articulated. It has double elbows and ankle swivels. But I agree, it should have come with the blades and an angry head. Still gonna buy it, looks pretty good.

From what I am hearing, Spinmaster gave this to him as a review sample and part of the conditions was that he could not scale it with other figures. Again that’s the rumor and speculation and since D has been silent and not replying to comments on this subject, I guess all we can do is speculate.

I miss the size comparison 😢

@@moloko912 She is a deluxe but she is just way better designed, she is the only one who got 2 torso joints instead of 1, and toe joints. And she is about Jin and Atreus height so there is really no reason why they couldn’t do these for the rest.

Great review but something feels off with this figure. It misses the "ooph" that makes it more toyetic than a toy. It feels plasticky. I would be great for kids but It doesn't have that collector premium feel. I could be wrong. Who knows?

Best kratos even compared to neca

$60 for this is wild lol. That's a 25-30 dollar figure right there.

There are images online that show his height. He's basically the same height as a GI Joe. So he's definitely a bit short for Kratos, but again, they did make him smaller in the new games, plus this is true 1/12, so he'll fit better with black series, imports and the like. I personally don't mind it as I don't tend to mix lines that much, but he should have been a bit bigger.
