My absolute fav recipe.. i have made this atleast 6 times now ! I did add on a twist to the sauce .. fresh garlic chives crushed into the sauce gives it a kick 👯♀️

You've changed my Asian cooking game. Recipes are so simple yet so yum!
In India, we love our cauliflowers..from making into curries, spicy pakoras (batter fried with chickpea and rice flour), putting them in samosas (triangle shaped stuffed pastries), stuffing them into parathas (unleavened bread, shallow fried), grilling them with spices just like chicken, roasting them whole..you name it. I wish you had re-fried the cauliflowers for some extra crispiness. Love the sauce though.
Marion, other than utterly delicious, your food always looks so beautiful and professionally upmarket. Are you also into professionally food styling, too? BTW, this cauliflower dish is also upmarket vegan. You are excellent!

This looks yummy, but my husband is not fond of cauliflower. Perhaps smaller pieces of sweet potatoes would be tasty? I am going to try pre cooked chunks of chicken breast in your batter. You are wonderful. Thank you for great presentation and tips!

Ive had success with baking batter like this in an oven set to 180°c. Just add a little bit less water so the mix is more like a thin cake batter. This next bit is optional but if you put about 1 tablespoon of oil in the batter it can help get them a bit crispier in the oven and will still be a lot less oil than deep frying.

She tells us the importance of adding “exactly the right amount” of each ingredient & then doesn’t even tell us approximately how much of each ingredient for the batter she is using. How much water is that!
