This Japanese ramen is really soo good! The spiciness taste of the sauce combined with the savory sesame and meat meets perfectly and it like a match from the noodle heaven! The noodles texture chewy and soft, it makes it hard for you to stop eating.
Often time, when making Japanese ramen with the white, savory and milky soup, the broth itself will takes hours to make. You need to boil the bones and once they’re boiled you then need to rinsed and boiled again for several hours.
But, don’t worry this Japanese ramen recipe is not going to complicated, in fact, it’s going to be super easy! I will share Tantanmen ramen, a Japanese ramen that has thick, milky, umami and spicy sauce that is super delicious and most importanly, it is super easy to make! and I will share it in just 5 steps.

Japanese Ramen Ingredients - Tantanmen:
- Eggs
- 300 grams of minced meat (any type meat)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili bean sauce/toban djan.
- 2 tbsp sesame sauce
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tbs chili oil or more
- 360 grams of fresh noodles
- Bean Sprout
- Bok choy
- 500ml soy milk (without added sugar)
- 500ml hot water
- 1 tsp chicken stock block

    Cari susu kedelai tanpa gula kayaknua agak susah deh. Yang dijual tukang2 itu udh dikasih gula semua. Kalau beli di supermarket merek apa ya? Kalau susu kedelainya diganti susu sapi bisa ga?
