I made this last night and it was spectacular. I added thinly sliced yellow squash coins to the vegetables before adding the wine, and they fit in beautifully with the peppers and carrots. With a tossed salad and some crusty bread to sop up the sauce, I had a wonderful one-pot supper. And the house smelled delicious for the rest of the evening. I'm really enjoying your recipes -- so easy and so flavorful.

Having already made several of Alberto‘s recipes, I am firmly of the belief that you cannot go wrong with any of the recipes that you make on this channel. But this goes doubly so for the cod recipes. It is astonishing what a rich broth this makes in such a short time, and how delicious it is served over rice. Another great recipe!

Albert, i am sorry we have been away but we didn't leave you! What a great dish, i am such a fan of Cod too. It has a great taste and isn't as strong as other fish. You can use it in so many dishes to. All the colors in this dish to. Wonderful! Keep up the great work!

I made this cod dish yesterday ! I was filming it because I wanted to show you, but unfortunately in the middle of my cooking, damp came on the inside of my lens, and the quality sucked ! It was "cod in the mist" instead of "gorilla's in the mist" 😜 So I quit filming.... Anyway, I can assure you it turned out great and the dish tasted wonderful !!

That cod looks so perfect! I'm going to try this recipe soon. I've been on a paprika kick lately since my parents were just in town and they bought this huge tin of paprika to make chicken with. Now I have like 3 containers of different types of paprika in my spice cabinet lol. This is a perfect way to use them :)

Yes you can use skinless cod, replace the wine with white grape juice and the broth for salted water
